Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Despite helpful staff. First, the room we booked smelled so much like chemicals 3/4 of us could feel it burning in our throats. When we asked to change rooms they said it was due to “heavy cleaning”. They had no other similar rooms available so we got separate rooms at opposite ends of the hotel. One of them the blinds were broken and so it became very light in the room already very early. There was no other way to block the light besides mechanical blinds. In the morning, there was no hot water for shower or washing up. Apparently that was broken in the whole hotel. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing was left at 9am. Nothing. Not even glasses to get juice or mugs for coffee. There was ONE poor girl working both reception and kitchen as was trying sooo hard to make refil food and clean dishes etc. the only thing edible was the croissants which took 30 mins to arrive and 20 mins for a coffee cup (which the machine was also mislabelled and I couldn’t even get coffee). Horrible experience. The rooms were not maintained in many years. Cracks and broken tile throughout bathroom. Stains in toilet and the smell of sewage throughout. We searched for other hotel rooms but everything was sold out as we arrived late or we would’ve left. We didn’t have a choice - albeit we considered sleeping in the car at night and in hindsight, it probably would’ve been better.

Only stayed for one night and checked in late. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Had mezzanine room which our kids loved

Einfach perfekt für uns! Das Schlafsofa für die Kinder war ein richtiges Bett und kein billiges Ding. Das Bett war super bequem, das Bad sehr groß mit Badewanne und duschen. Es war eine richtige Erholung nach der Autofahrt !

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and bright room, with good black-out shutters on the windows and welcome aircon. The only real downside is that the walls are very thin so you hear an awful lot of noise from other rooms.

Very nice hotel

Lite språksvårigheter vid incheckning, upplevde att personalen inte var så bra på engelska. Rummet var enkelt men bekvämt. Ett stort plus var att luftkonditioneringen var på när vi anlände till rummet. Detta uppskattades otroligt mycket då det var 38-39 grader varmt ute. Utcheckningen gick snabbt och smidigt. Gratis parkering finns utanför hotellet, enkelt att hitta plats.

Very clean, air conditioning was perfect as it was 38°C when we arrived. Bar on site, pizzas were very good as well.

Rummet var mycket smutsigt och dåligt påfyllt med toalettpapper och tvål. Trappan var hårig och dammig på golvet. Under sängen var det mycket smutsigt på golvet. Även den allmänna toaletten vid receptionen var dåligt påfylld och städad. Frukosten hade ett mycket litet utbud, vilket självklart kan vara okej om kvalitén är god. Men brödet var mycket torrt, de kunde inte fixa något för oss i familjen som hade gluten. Jag fick påtala saker för personalen när maten tagit slut då hon inte själv höll uppsikt på detta. Personalen på frukosten satt mest och kollade i telefonen.

Clean rooms, but no soap in dispensers, and pillows are awful. Quiet rooms, Bar was not manned, breakfast was late getting started by 15 minutes, and again no soap in toilets. On a rather depressing industrial estate, so only really any good for a one night stay en route to somewhere nicer.

Wir sind nach 23 Uhr angekommen und haben vorher mit dem Hotel kontakt aufgenommen um den Schlüssel am Eingang mittels QR Code Check-In zu erhalten. Das hat auch wunderbar funktioniert. Obwohl beim QR Code Check-In ein Premium Frühstück angeboten wurde das ich eigentlich bereits gebucht habe war es auch am nächsten Morgen auch inklusive. Drum herum ist nicht viel vorhanden aber für die durchreise vollkommen angenehm. Das Frühstück sollte nur bis 9:30 am Montag gehen aber wurde da ich spät aufgestanden bin nicht so schnell abgeräumt. Das war sehr nett vom Personal.

We stayed as a stopover on a long road trip from Italy to UK. Welcomed at reception checked in early at 1500 and room was ready. We had a family room with mezzanine and two single beds and separate TV for the kids. It's the best designed family room we've stayed in. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with desk areas and comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked very well and the bathroom was large, clean with a good shower. Breakfast was small but tasty selection of fresh warm pastries and bread, selection of fresh cheeses and ham, toast, scrambled egg and bacon as well as yoghurts, fruit, apple and orange juice and hot drink machine. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay after reading many poor reviews as we felt this hotel was a gem and real value for money. The area had many restaurants and shops.

Le personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner très bien. Problème avec la porte de la chambre, on a dû me changer de chambre. J’avais réservé une chambre avec baignoire et je me retrouver avec une douche.
