프론트, 식당 등 직원이 친절하며 편의 시설도 만족스럽습니다. 다만 객실이 노후가 느껴지므로 리노베이션이 필요합니다.

The room is a bit outdated, but was clean. There were no plugs by the bed and the furniture and bed was a bit firm and uncomfortable. The view can't be beat in an ocean corner room.

Room was clean and spacious. Great view! Even watched fireworks over the beach. The staff was helpful and courteous. Great French toast at breakfast. Lots of selections for breakfast. Pool was shallow but nice however the hot water pool was GREAT! We’d stay there again anytime.

3歳の子連れでしたが、子どもへの対応が行き届いていてとても過ごしやすかったです。

Great rooms, outstanding service

近隣に商業施設、 海にも入れる、 繁華街にも車で30分で行けて、 沖縄旅行楽しめました。

This hotel resort was amazing I would bring my family here again .

Our room was a bit warm down, it had mild, stained curtains and the facilities were a bit out dated. However the room size was amazing and the view was spectacular. A little TLC and I wouldn’t be able to afford it for my family. Over all we had a great stay.

I stayed in room 1704 and it was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious but outdated and in need of a serious renovation. The room and hotel as a whole had an old mildew smell which required me to purchase air fresheners for the room. The bed was extremely hard and the pillow was flat. Cleanliness is not a priority as I was told upon checking in that they only clean the rooms on your fourth day but will replace the towels daily. Parking was 1000 yen a day on top of having to pay 800 yen per person to use the pool. Total rip off. Hotel should be rated as 1 star. 8.0 is to high.
