We had an amazing stay, I cannot praise the staff enough, the food was outstanding, one of the best 5 star resorts I’ve been to

An amazing hotel. Beautifully laid out over a large area. Wonderful amenities with many different places to eat and drink. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Fantastic breakfast, huge choice of food. Very comfortable rooms and beds, well equipped with good views. Thoroughly recommend for anyone spending their holiday on Rhodes.

Hatte Halbpension.Frühstück war mittelmässig. Auswahl nur Basic.Abendessen war ok. Die Restaurants im Hotel wo man extra bezahlen musste waren besser. Zimmer war mittelmässig sauber. Nicht 5 sterne standard. Toilette, Handtücher dreckig.In den Schränken waren sehr viele Spinnenweben. Musste somit aus dem Koffer leben weil ich nicht die Kinderkleider da einräumen wollte. Ich hatte eine Suite Mit swim up. Was fast doppelt soviel gekostet hat wie ein normales Zimmer. Da erwartet man auch Comfort. Schloss/ Karte nicht funktioniert hab dann ein Schlüssel bekommen. Schloss wurde nicht repariert.Elektrizität wurde nicht repariert.Ich konnte mein Zimmer nicht auf „ don‘t disturb“ einstellen. Somit ist ständig roomservice reingekommen und mein Kind beim schlafen gestört. Meine Kinder waren krank haben keine Ruhe gefunden. Safe ging immer von alleine auf. Waren Tag eins unzufrieden. Beim Beschweren hatte man eher das Gefühl das die Leute an der Rezeption genervt waren. Jeden Tag aufs neue hat i.was nicht funktioniert. I.wann wollte man auch nicht mehr was sagen weil man sich nicht komplett unbeliebt machen wollte am Do haben wir endlich die Managerin erwischt und haben dann alles aufgezählt was nicht ok war. Sie meinte nur warum wir nicht früher gekommen sind. Sie hat uns dann all inclusive als Entschädigung gegeben. Aber wir reisen ja am SA ab. Also hatten wir für Do und Fr All inclusive. Habens aber nicht genutzt weil wir Ausflüge geplant haben. Preis Leistung ist hier katastrophal.

This for me and wifes anniversary, and our stay was wonderful. We did the all inclusive and was glad we did. I highly recommend this resort. We stayed for 7 days.

Complex is beautiful and staff can't help enough. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection, my only though is if you pay for the adult section of the complex that works great but bear in mind although there are two breakfast areas you will be surrounded by families with children and babies every morning for breakfast. Maybe in the future they could use the small area for adults only!

Nous avons passé sept jours dans cet hôtel adapté aux familles. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien équipées. Dommage que les wc ne soient pas séparés. Les espaces collectifs sont agréables et haut de gamme. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et de bonne qualité. La piscine intérieure et la salle de sport sont très agréables au mois d’avril. Expérience en avril qui doit être toute autre en été au regard des capacités d’accueil de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter l’île et dispose d’une très belle plage privée. Pour les bémols, Le classement 5 étoiles est peut être un peu flatteur. Faire payer le hamamm et le sauna (15€/h) est inconcevable dans un 5 étoiles. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas parfaitement. Le personnel, notamment à la réception, n’est pas très agréable (à l’exception de Hasan au petit déjeuner qui est formidable) ; tout l'inverse des locaux. Les tarifs de la restauration sont très élevés pour la Grèce. Il y a une odeur de nourriture dans l’ensemble des couloirs ce qui n’est pas très agréable tout comme la réceptionniste qui fume dans le bureau. Cet hôtel reste une belle expérience que nous pourrions renouveler.

This hotel is set in nice landscaped gardens.The rooms are spacious.There is plenty of choice of food.The dinning room does struggle to cope with the volume of people at times. The pools are interconnected so were really cold in April.The indoor pool was also cold and full of children cannon balling.Perhaps a kids only time would help.I also think the sauna and steam room should be free. There needs to be a rethink on facilities for teens.There is one table tennis table and one tennis court and one multi court and mini golf.The tennis court cannot be booked between 3 and 5pm as this is quite time so there are really not many slots available.They also need some new balls as they did not bounce. There were also not enough golf balls for each player for the mini golf.The Coffee house is great with nice cakes but understaffed. Overall a nice break and with a bit more attention to detail could be an exceptional hotel.

We had a short Easter holiday break as a family. The staff were always friendly, attentive and helpful. The reception staff were at hand for any queries. The food at the restaurants had variety and catered for our needs more than adequately. My kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the location. We would definitely like to stay again.

Die Kellner in den Restaurants waren nicht sehr aufmerksam. Darüber hinaus war das Essen in den Restaurants immer kalt. Warmes Essen war die Ausnahme.

Super Unterkunft, freundliche und hilfsbereites Personal.

Fantastiskt hotell med allt man kan önska sig. Frukostbuffén hade verkligen allt. Det enda de inte hade var bra, starkt kaffe ;-)

Overall it's average, compared to other 5 stars I've visited in Europe and Greece. One night the security was being very rude which was strange, given we were living the hotel.

We went early in the season and there was barely any guests yet so staffing was understandably light. Not everything was open yet. Other than that. It was great. Nice service and staff, Very organized and clean. Comfortable rooms, Great Buffet, good drinks and cool bartender

The food at the da Vinci buffet restaurant was so delicious! And staff were excellent.

Huone oli todella kylmä, jouduimme pyytämään erillisen lämmityslaitteen huoneeseen. Huone oli muutenkin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Likainen ja jouduimme pyytämään kaksi kertaa wc pönttöön korjausta ja kerran lavuaarin hanaan. Huone oli parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Ruoka todella hyvää!
