We got a room that was above the jet ski rental place. Very private absolutely felt like the presidents suite. Not super fancy, but just great for privacy.

OLder family owned place. Staff was nice. Pool was good. restaurant on site.parking was easy. Price was reasonable for Key West. I would stay here again.

Bon hôtel, plutôt bien situé même si le centre de key west est trop loin pour y aller à pied. Commerces à proximité, piscine agréable. chambres joliment décorées. un peu cher mais c'est key West

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The resort was amazing and the staff was outstanding! We will definitely be back again! The fun desk staff and guides were outstanding and the bartender for most of our stay treated us wonderfully and always made sure were hydrated! Nothing about our visit was disappointing while there! Thank you !!!

Loved this quaint, adorable resort. From the colorful sarongs on the beds, to the hammocks, little table & chairs on our private patio, the sandy yard with.palm trees, and the namesake Ibis that visited to share my yogurt - each day was a delight. Conch fritters, lobster, and Key shrimp from their restaurant were complimented with tropical drinks. It was a wonderful experience and I'd return there and recommend Ibis Bay Resort anytime.

Great beachy vibe

Hospedei-me com meu marido nesse hotel, era surpresa pra mim. Quarto com vista linda mar. Td seria muito perfeito. Até q, logo na entrada da recepção me surpreendi com uma arara canindé presa em uma gaiola, encurralada no cantinho da grade, com a língua de fora, ofegante, tentando se esconder do sol, q passava dos 40 graus. Aquilo me fez muito mal, corri, relatei à recepcionista q realizava nosso check in. Ela simplesmente ignorou meu pedido de socorro ao bichinho. Fiquei super mal, perdi o encanto em estar ali. Fomos ao quarto q estava reservado. Logo de frente, outra surpresa: havia outra gaiola, outra arara em situação semelhante. Só q lá nesse local tem umas árvores, mas q não oferecem muita sombra. Há tb um jabuti enorme, outras tartarugas grandes, mas não achei q estivessem tão mal tratadas. Resumo da situação: perdi o sossego em ver q um lugar daqueles, com paisagem tão bela, q oferece instalações boas, recebem hóspedes de todo o mundo, não se preocupa com o bem estar animal. Entra dia e sai dia, aqueles bichinhos estão sendo explorados, servindo de atração aos público, “enfeitando” o ambiente e sendo “assados” naqueles espaços miúdos, onde não podem voar e ter sombra pra se protegerem. Chorei muito! Peço encarecidamente ajuda ao @Hotel.com pra tomar alguma medida junto ao seu hotel credenciado. Isso é inadmissível. Sei q as leis de cada país/estado variam e me senti sem recursos pra ajudar os animais citados. Espero poder, de alguma maneira, ajudar!

We stayed at Ibis Bay Resort and had such a unique Key West experience. The resort has a lot of character—bright, colorful decor, fun murals, and a true tropical vibe that makes it feel different from a standard hotel.

I usually only do reviews when I enjoy the place but this place had me feeling unhappy from check in. The receptionist was not welcoming at all. We were travelling off season so the place was empty, literally 3 other cars. We were put in an unstairs closet of a room. It was cute and clean don't get me wrong but feeling like with the place being vacant an upgrade could of been nice we were only staying 1 night.The shuttle service into town wasn't running super bummer. We sat at the pool 2 different times and not once did anyone from the pool bar come check in with us. I'm feeling a huge opportunity for some customer services were missed. The place is cute and has lots of amenities but I wouldn't stay there again

2nd stay.rooms on bay are picturesque

This is a last minute booking for me for a few nights and I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the property and room. The food is great and the pool is close to all rooms. The property is beautiful. The room was nice. Only complaint was the shower was very small and no microwave but overall a really good experience. I would def. consider staying here again.
