Rating & Review Keseluruhan Kyriad Prestige Perpignan Centre Gare

A one night stop over. The check in experience was quite underwhelming - no welcome smile and just the bare minimum of interaction. He also spoke to me in English - I am fluent in French and spoke to him in French. This is the only time this has happened to me in a long time. We also tried to get a drink at the bar - that was hard work. Even though the bar and the reception are the same room the 2 receptionists did not come over until we went to them. Pretty poor. The room was clean and well provisioned - just a little tight. The shower floor was a little spongy. Although the maintenance guy told me they were refitting these over this summer since they knew there was a problem. So that resolved the bathroom would be great.

Hôtel très bien placé au plein cœur de la gare de Perpignan. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Parking souterrain sous l'hôtel très pratique. Très bonne insonorisation. Je recommande !

Really good Hotel, close to Train station and other forms of transport. Staff really helpful, everything else was first rate, except breakfast. wasn't a great choice. no staff topping up hot food

The standard of the hotel was superb, and its access to the rail and bus stations couldn’t have been better. There were two places within the complex to get a snack, and a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, which was clean and quiet, and very well served, with free still or sparking water on tap as well as excellent staff and facilities.

Hôtel propre, confortable, bon petit déjeuner. Pas de bruit la nuit alors que l'hôtel se trouve dans la gare.

En déplacement pour le travail sur Perpignan. C'est la troisième fois que je viens dans cet établissement et je ne suis pas déçu. Personnel sympathique et professionnel.

Au delà des prestations hôtelières très bonnes, j'ai surtout retenu la qualité et l'amabilité du personnel. Un vrai plus selon moi.

Tivemos uma boa experiencia no hotel com ótimo serviço, só deixou a desejar a localização para quem gosta de deixar o carro no hotel e explorar a cidade a pé, pois é distante do centro turístico e com pedintes e moradores de rua que nos deixaram insegura para retornar a pé para o hotel após o por do sol.

Nice new hotel. We had a quiet spacious inner courtyard room. They tolerated room change with no problem. Very good breakfast. Convenient location.

Établissement propre et accueillant . Une bouteille d’eau aurait été la bienvenue pour les chambres supérieures . La Literie et les oreillers sont excellents Merci.
