Excellent stay cannot wait to go back

I liked that the property was within 2 minutes walk to a small and beautiful beach, was 7 minutes drive from Capitola where there are great dining options, shoppings, beaches and views. I liked the friendliness of the staff, the quiet environment, the easy parking, and the option of a continental breakfast. I highly recommend the place.

Location was perfect. Deb was awesome walked us around made conversation and over all just a great lady.

We love coming here year after year. Found online and by accident, but has become one of our favorite places to look forward to visiting year after year. Private Beach, perfect location close to everything, pet-friendly rooms and great friendly service, can't ask for more.

Incredible location…so close to the most beautiful beach, super friendly staff, amazing Italian restaurant within walking distance. Absolute gem of a place!

Was a really cool and chill and Santa Cruz experience. The room was so nice and comfortable, and the walk to the beach with a cup of coffee in hand in the morning was the best thing ever!

It’s was a very nice, clean, cute place! 2 min to walk to the beach! Nice balcony with a big gas grill.. can hear the waves crashing as you sleep! Very pleased!

I like the location. Room 7 was tiny. The Queen bed was the smallest queen bed I’ve ever seen, and it was not comfy at all.

Excellent service and checking process. Very clean, quiet and great ocean view from the guest patio areas. Bedding is not that comfortable though.

Location and friendly staff

Its was an amazing stay, have to bring family next time. Very close to the beach, everyone was very friendly and nice. Dog friendly and family friendly. Very clean room with all amenities. Breakfast in the morning is a plus.

This place is really cute and it’s very close to a little beach. We stayed in room 10, which is a lil cottage with a yard. Very cool. The only thing I would say is a negative is that our coffee maker didn’t work-well, it worked if u plug it in on top of the fridge and hold the carafe up so coffee can drip out lol. Pretty minor inconvenience since starbucks is across the street.

Staff was friendly & nice. Place was charming & clean. Just loved it. can’t wait to go back & I recommended it to several of my friends who are planning to go down to Santa Cruz.

The place had no shower or the beds they said the pictures are on the site are not what the hotel looks like I didn’t stay there

The room was disgusting. Dirty & gross.

It is a short walk to the beach. Will come back for sure

My husband and I loved our stay, it was so close to the beach, super cozy, clean, and they had everything you needed! Loved it can’t wait to go back!
