Beautiful property - the room was very spacious. Breakfast was really good- quite street yet close to everything. We had a view of the Castel which was a bounce. The only drawback was the wifi was slow and kept disconnecting which was more of an issue to my daughter than to me.

Schönes kleines Hotel

Hotel is keurig en netjes. Ligging is perfect. Ruimte om te ontbijten is redelijk klein en is in de kelder, dat was jammer.

Location was perfect. Our room had several things broken. It wasn’t anything that we couldn’t live with, but broken. Tiles in the bathroom floor were lose, blind chain was broken (they fixed it), shower spray nozzle wasn’t working properly, and there was a huge stain on the carpet. The elevator was a bit tricky to work, so we ended using the stairs each day. All that being said, others in our group had no such issues. We were in room 302. Pink (singer) themed room.

Locatie perfect. Kamers heel mooi en ruim. Ontbijt was alles wat je moet hebben. Enige minpuntjes: veel lawaai en gebonk dat goed hoorbaar is vanaf de gang, de deur blokt niet veel geluid af. De douche in bad is geen probleem, maar de houder is veel te hoog en je bent verplicht om de douchekop manueel vast te houden, wat niet fijn is. Voor de rest was het top!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a ground floor junior suite with direct access to the common garden which made it feel much less like a hotel. Location was excellent - steps away from the path up to the castle, a subway station just across the street, and right next to the bridge into the old town. Staff were very helpful and accommodated a 2 hour early check-in. Highly recommend.

Generally a very nice place, perfectly located for a short city hop with only a few minute walks to the city center. Room was very spacious with a beatiful view of the castle on top of the hill. Only negative thing I would point out is the breakfast. Don't bother with this and use one of the many cafes instead.

Hotel and surrounding was clean and nice but some declared amenities were not available.

El hotel está ubicado estratégicamente, a solo unos minutos del Puente Carlos. Las vistas son hermosas, la zona es muy tranquila y segura, se puede caminar a cualquier hora sin problema y se duerme muy bien. Las camas son suaves, cómodas y las almohadas son un sueño. El desayuno sirve fruta fresca y deliciosa con suficientes opciones de pan dulce y salado. En este sentido lo único a mejorar es que solo incluyen una opción de huevo que no está del todo bien cocido. La atención es muy buena, todos son muy amables y se esfuerzan por darte al menos una sonrisa y un saludo. Totalmente recomendable.

Excellent location. Very nice hotel

Really really nice hotel. Superclose to the river and the castle, metro right in front of you. At our arrival Daniel took care of the paperwork and our luggage. offered us a cup of coffee as a warm welcome. Nice rooms, nice beds, zero complaints.

En bra vistelse men toaletten stod och spolade lite hela tiden så det vart svårt att spola tillslut! Badrummet var överlag nergånget. Trevlig personal och fina rum samt bra frukost i övrigt! Mysigt och lugnt område!

Great long weekend, the room was kindly decorated to celebrate our birthdays which was a lovely touch. Great location and facilities. Breakfast was great
