Personal excelente solo que nunca hay upgrade habitación por hoteles.com y es algo habitual

Hotel hiper bem localizado na Recoleta, local muito seguro e agradável de passear , hotel bonito, elegante, habitação confortável, cama confortável, chuveiro funcionou perfeitamente, café da manhã muito bom. Só não gostei muito dos canais de tv mas isso não foi um problema.

Clean rooms and nice staff. The breakfast could be better, the coffee is not good and the options are limited. Convenient spot, great location to waking distance spots in Recoleta area.

A nice hotel with very convenient location. The staff was friendly and it is walking distance to multiple restaurants and points of interest. The hotel was clean and spacious.

A spacious room, quiet and clean. The situation of the hotel is perfect. It is in the center of the city. The area is walkable. And overall it is a good place to stay. There was no good view from my window but I guess I was just unlucky)

O hotel é luxuoso e tradicional . Mas se viajarem no verão , não recomendo . Aparelhos de ar condicionado belhos e ineficazes, o corredor dos andares , um calor só. Me parece decadente . No inverno talvez seja um pouco melhor. Café da manhã bom sem muitas opções. Decepção . Preço caro por serviço muito ruim .
