Centrale, pulito, elegante. Personale efficiente e cordiale (compresi gli addetti alle pulizie, cosa non scontata negli hotel). Unico neo, la camera “economy” è un po’ piccola e il letto matrimoniale un po’ stretto per un 4 stelle. Eccellente la colazione, per qualità e varietà.

The Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Concierge recommended and booked restaurants for us. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge range of options, we wouldn't choose cake for breakfast but obviously this was popular with a lot of people. Our room needed a refresh and also lacked a lot of basic amenities, such as sufficient long drop hanging space in the wardrobe, and drawers.

No sheets provided for the sofa bed for family of 4.

Veldig hyggelig hotell. Ligger sentralt i Palermo. Litt bråk utenfor hotellet om natta, men hadde rom mot hovedgaten. Veldig serviceinnstilt betjening.

Breakfast was fabulous. Location is great. Rooms are large. Staff is so nice and helpful. Having a gym is added bonus. We will definitely come back!

Great central location. Modern, clean, superb breakfast options. Polite and helpful staff. Some noise outside, but you are in the city centre after all. Unusual pillows, you’ll see what I mean when you go. But do stay here as we would definitely go back.

Too hot when we arrived. I asked why the air conditioning wasn’t working and was told that the municipal titms or off during winter. They moved us to the room with balcony and asked us to open the window for cool air. That didn’t last because of the noise from outside and rain. I asked for a refund to go to another hotel that had ac. Finally got to another hotel that had ac and was able to sleep. If you travel here in their winter season, take note of the air conditioning situation especially if you have breathing issues.
