Super friendly staff, variety of food choices

The staff were excellent. But the carpets in the corridors were stinking of some insecticide. They should do something about that.

Centrally located . The hotel was overcrowded and there was hardly a place at the. Breakfast tables . The check out clue tees were very slow . They follow a wrong proscedure of debiting from the credit card without actually giving you a detailed preview bill . So the customer has not chance to check whether what he/ she is paying is correct . Room service too slow .

We stsy room number 564 chekin 19 th april and checkout 22 nd april bathroom is terrible bogus fitting hand shower only rain showers is good bathroom floor so sleppery like me 71 years had chsnce to fall more dangerous when you showers with soap I don't like bath tub sho in this age need to take care bathroom sleppery floor for safety of guest

Excellent stay! Beautiful property!

Booked in error two rooms as the button was swiped told the hotels.com company who assured that the refund would most likely be processed got charged in high dollars have had to remove the figure of the amoynt I lost as hotels.com will not let me publish the amount lost .....all in vain and then the property refused refund even though hotels.com was contacted in less than a minute to advise them that the booking was made in error. Very greedy business model. Non coustomer friendly.

Excellent staff and service

Great stay again. We were here just recently and the staff did not disappoint at all. Ishvi was very nice and helpful in arranging our rooms per our request. Gurjant, Harpreet and Gurvinder were always very welcoming at the entrance and assisted with our bags. Thanks to Amit, Nayak, KG and Deepak for providing us a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet daily. Will definitely be back at this hotel again as it’s our favorite in Chandigarh by far.

Staff was very helpful especially Ishvi at the front check in. She was very accommodating in our request. Chef Amit was very hospitable at the buffet. Bellman Gurjant and Harpreet were very welcoming. Overall the hotel is very clean and has nice facilities such as the fitness centre, spa and dining options. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next stay in Chandigarh.
