The staff were soooo helpful. They really went above and beyond to help us and I couldn't be more grateful. The only thing is that the hotel is near the tram and you can hear it when it goes by.

Really great hotel! Would highly recommend. A lot of personality. Breakfasts are good. The staff are super friendly. The restaurant is open until midnight.

The location is excellent and so many options for the transportation.Breakfast is good as well.However, the property has no lift and our room is located at the 3rd floor, so we struggle to carry our luggages upstairs.

Although the hotel is in a popular part of the city, our room on the 3rd floor was quiet. It was spacious and clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Easy reach of public transport and popular sights. Recommend.

The room was dirty, there was a mold in the bathroom, there was no shampoo. The breakfast was very poor. Very bad experience. The staff was friendly.

Great location next to Charles Bridge! Also very friendly staff, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!!

El hotel es ideal, muy centrico, a 5 minutos del puente de Carlos y del metro, y muy silencioso. La habitacion era muy grande y limpia, y el desayuno bastante variado y abundante. El personal de la recepcion del hotel los mas simpaticos con diferencia del resto de personas que nos encontramos en Praga.

L'emplacement n'est peut-être pas idéal si on veut visiter le coeur de la ville (qui se trouve de l'autre côté du pont Charles), mais ça reste très intéressant. On n'est pas loin du chateau, pas loin du pont Charles non plus. La place Malastrana est très belle aussi. On n'est pas trop loin non (30min à pieds ?) d'un centre commercial pour éviter les prix "touristes" des magasins de souvenirs. Le personnel de l'hôtel est super, j'ai rarement vu des gens aussi aimables et serviables. Les chambres sont propres, pas très grandes mais suffisantes. Le seul point négatif de l'hôtel c'est son manque d'accessibilité pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (escaliers).

カレル橋とプラハ城が近い、フレンドリーなホテルでした。トラムの駅も近いので、観光には便利なホテルです。スタッフも皆さん英語が通じるので不自由しませんでした。 部屋には歯ブラシやシャンプー、リンスはありませんでした。ノンガスの軟水と思われる水が、毎日1L程度もらえます。入れ物はホテルのビンなので、外に持っていくには別途ペットボトルなど必要です。バスタブはあるものの、お湯はホテル全体での容量があるため、どこかが使いすぎると途中で全部屋お湯がでなくなるみたいなので注意が必要です。

プラハ城の麓。カレル橋の近く。ロケーションは抜群。 滞在者は1階のレストラン利用20%OFF。 若い従業員が多く、英語も問題ない。 19世紀の雰囲気を未だに残す建物にロマンを感じる。 まさにRPGでパーティが泊まる宿のようだ。 現代風のプライバシーのしっかりしたホテルを望む人には全くおすすめしません。

프라하성으로 올라가는 길 도입부분에 있는 식당겸 호텔 입니다, 방도 크고 깨끗했는데 찻길의 2층 방이라 아침에 조금 시끄럽습니다. 조식 너무 맛있었고, 굴라쉬도 먹었는데 맛났어요. 이호텔은 우르겔 맥주는 판매하지 않습니다. 매일 걸어서 카를다리를 건너 구시가지로 다녔고, (한 10분) 트램역 바로 앞이라 교통도 편했습니다. 트램역에 스타벅스와 맥도날드가 있어요. 카를교 건너기 전에 있는 Krusta 틀레들로 빵집 강추입니다. 구시가지 가는 길에도 있는데 거기는 만들어 놓은거 팔아서 맛이 떨어져요. 한가지, 엘리베이터가 없고 식당이라 직원들이 바빠요. 근처에 있는 미쿨라쉬 성당을 꼭 방문 하시기 바랍니다.

Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage neben der Straßenbahn, man ist schnell in der Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer groß, das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig - sehr empfehlenswert!

Mycket småkrångel, t ex trasig kortterminal och fick ingen kod för wi-fi över hela vistelsen utan istället ett par kuponger för kortare tider osv.

Good price/quality. Very good localization. Bathroom 3/5. Breakfast - weak.
