AC was terrible check-in was confusing with parking round up out in the park out on the street no signage very hard to understand for someone who doesn’t drive in Spain every day no coffee in the room had to go downstairs making it yourself

Very good hotel but missing 2 basic things for a 5* hotel: no free bottled water in the rooms and no WiFi

Colazione molto varia e qualità ottima. La camera spaziosa e il letto molto comodo. A mio parere il personale è cordiale ma quando ho chiesto info sulla città/servizi in zona non sono stati molto d’aiuto.

Habitación moderna , amplia y muy completa, con todos los servicios, me encantó que la tina está dentro del área de la ducha pero a un lado! El buffet de desayuno súper bien!

Todo bien, pero que no dejen una botella de agua de cortesía que vale 60cents... en un 5* tela. Tampoco había chanclas de cortesía teniendo spa y el secador muy mal.

Hotel de excelente qualidade. Staff educado e atencioso. O quarto é muito confortável e grande. O banho e cama ótimo. Café da manhã é excepcional.

Buen hotel si se quiere visitar Zaragoza, aunque si es cierto que está un poco alejado del centro para ir andando.

It was a lovely room with loads of space, very comfortable bed. I got room service which came quite quickly and it was very good. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. Great quality too. 😀

Nettes Personal, gute Dusche, Bett etwas laut. Wifi schlecht, Lage ist top, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Parking sehr hell und große Plätze. Gutes Hotel. Man könnte die Fenster von die Zimmer und das Schwimmbad mal reinigen!

Its great place, perhaps the best in Zaragoza

Hotel ist ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten sind die Zimmer aber geräumig und ansprechend. Die Umgebung bietet alles was man braucht, ins Zentrum der Stadt ist es jedoch recht weit.

Todo perfecto, merecen las cinco estrellas.

El alojamiento estuvo regular puesto que las instalaciones ya están un poco deterioradas , el personal bien , la piscina super sucia, no había espacios para esparcimiento para niños , NO es un hotel FAMILIA, negocios y parejas , ya que subí a la piscina con los niños y una pareja estaba intimando en el jacuzzi, FATAL.
