De los hoteles más bonitos que me he quedado, no me daban ganas de salir del cuarto. Todo excelente!

O hotel é lindo, muito bem decorado, todos funcionando muito atenciosos.. limpeza dos quartos é otima, mas a do lobby deixa a desejar. A piscina é gelada e nao tem nenhum ambiente para socializar fora do quarto. Restaurante MAGNIFICO.

Foi boa, mas deixaram algumas coisas a desejar: Limpeza razoável, cofre solto, o ar no inicio não funcionava, piso do banheiro muito escorregadio. Pontos positivos: Atendimento impecável na recepção do Alonso. Garçom Leonardo foi tb maravilhoso. Restaurante do hotel, ótimo!

Food and service are outstanding. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating and arranged out transportation for airport to hotel and from hotel to our cruise port.

Second time at Bidasoa It’s my new home while visiting Santiago. They look after every detail . Staff is always helpful . Breakfast and meals are superb Wish I can come back soon 💙

The property is not much to look at from the outside but inside it was absolutely gorgeous. Located in a safe part of Santiago 10 minute walk from high end shops, restaurants, and parks. Staff doe not understand the word no. If you ask for something they will see that it gets done.
