The parking is really bad and the lot was full when I returned to the hotel late at night - I had to park in a nearby parking structure and walk to the hotel - not safe and the hotel should let people know there is not enough parking on property before they book

My stay was enjoyable even though it was only for a night. I love Marriott as the facilities are always clean and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Fitness room and pool were nice. The hallways were warm. The bathroom was really warm and you could not keep the door open without propping it open. There was not a fan in the bathroom. I still don't understand why you have to pay for parking when they have a huge parking lot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Santa Ana, and the highlight of our visit was the phenomenal service we received from Kevin at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He was professional, kind, and attentive, answering all our questions with a smile and offering great local recommendations. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was perfect for our needs. But it was Kevin’s outstanding hospitality that truly made our stay memorable. He turned what could have been a standard hotel experience into something special. Thank you, Kevin, and the entire Courtyard Santa Ana team for making our trip so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Great freeway access, dinning in the area very limited unless you like Ramon...3 restaurants right next to each other across street .

Staff and room were wonderful but getting hit with a $25 parking fee is insane. I would like to be notified before purchasing this room that there would be an additional charge for uncovered self parking.

I was not provided with a room without a loud humming noise. The night manager Christi did not provide any alternative to accommodate my stay so I have to look for any hotel to stay at 2:00 am in the morning
