Wir haben ein wunderbares Zimmer bekommen.

During the whole stay (4 nights) there was no internet available on the room, even not on the floor. TV only provided local Polish channels. First day no Breakfast buffet Room service (cleaning ) only on request if booked the day before.

Mattress of bed was not comfortable. Small double. Noisy air con/air machine. Have to request water and cleaning of the room. Plus points. Toothbrush and vanity essential included.

Very delicious breakfast, standard rooms are a bit outdated. Previously I was in comfort room and there is big difference. I believe that price for standard room is to high with such quality. Moreover, it was promised that for Expedia gold members bottle of wine is served in the room and it was not done. Please do not promise things in the offer, which you don't met, as it's totally unfair to not meet conditions of the reservation.

The reception staff are wonderful, incredibly good and friendly. The food is incredibly good. A very enjoyable stay and a hotel I will be using when I visit this part of Poland..

the room we had was great clean and fully equipped with everything we needed . staff where very friendly and helpful with every question we had . hotel restaurant is also very good with a verity of good food . every day we had the room cleaned and with new towels

I don't see how this could possibly be a 4 star hotel... The location is terrible, the the rooms are mediocre and the room wasnt fully supplied.

I have been staying in the hotel for 7 nights on a business trip. The rooms are spacious,modern and clean however despite a huge wardrobe there was much storage for clothing on a long trip. 3 hangars were supplied in the wardrobe. The highlight for me is the restaurant. The food is very very good and with a good choice. Breakfast was equally goodbwith lots ofndifferent choices to suit anyone. 2 members of the female Staff at times seemed a bit miserable were very stern, not very friendly almost militant. However the 2 guys in the restaurant in the evening were absolutely superb. Very friendly and helpful and were willing to exchange in a 5 minute conversation. They are a credit to the hotel. The fitness suite was good and well equipped which i used most days.Overall I will and am staying at the Ilon again and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable,stylish hotel with a great restaurant.

Hotel was nice. Only problem is the placement of the loo: TOO close to the shower cabin making it impossible to sit comfortably. When you go to the toilets downstairs, there you have the space which should have been added to your bathroom! Breakfast good, and if you want, you can start your day with splash of wodka (next to coffee machine). Location excellent. Poznan centre is recommended.

Nice and polite staff. Clean and quiet. Parking spots available.

Vše v pořádko, čistota, jídlo, pohodlná postel. Možnost parkování. Trochu dál do centra, ale s tím jsme počítali.

Very nice, great value, I will definitely stay again

The room was good. The restaurant was ok. The food was ok but not any special. Do not ask for Irish Coffee, the do not know what it is. The risotto was tasteless. The breakfast was not so good. Missing good bread and the service good be better.

Enjoyed my stay at hotel, very clean and bed was comfortable. The food served is delicious and presented well. I also made use of the gym which was an added bonus with a good variety of equipment in the room. The location of the hotel is much further out from Poznan Old Town Square.

Lovely hotel. Well located for where I was.
