Très bon p'tit déjeuner ..

L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. les chambres n'étaient pas toujours faites à fond...

I had chosen this hotel as it was close to the train station and was one of the few in Blois that had an elevator. When I arrived, I was informed the elevator was out of service (and apparently there was no plan to have it repaired.) I asked if the Hotel St. Jacques which was a few buildings away had an elevator, and the receptionist grudgingly called them. Well, they, too, have an elevator, but it was not working because the "group" was remodeling the hotel. My room was small and at the extreme other end of the first floor (NOT ground floor.) But it was clean and quiet because the entire city is quiet at night. I didn't bother with breakfast as I've found pastry shops have better selections in the morning. The location is very convenient. Easy walking to Chateau Blois and the Mansion of Magic. If renting a car, parking is available at the train station for a moderate fee.

Bien placé en face de la gare Petit bémol ascenseur en panne et aucune indication au moment de la réservation ni a l arrivée...heureusement que nous n étions pas en situation de handicap Poubelle de tri sur le pallier au 1er étage pas très joli ! Ni les reserves de serviettes

Très bien, en face de la gare. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner. Parking vélos sécurisé.

Le Petit déj n'est franchement pas terrible pour le prix. Le café est de l'eau avec un goût horrible. Les produits laitiers (fromages) sont à température ambiante, peu de choix. La chambre était en revanche en bon état et propre.

Literie très confortable et chambre propre. Le petit déjeuner proposé était très bien avec une grande variété de choix dans une salle très agréable. Personnel souriant et disponible !

O quarto era grande, camas confortáveis, chuveiro quentinho, equipe muito atenciosa. Tudo foi muito bom.

Perfect location, very close to Blois Chateau. Free street parking from 19:00 till 9:00. Clean room, helpful staff. On the negative side - A/C could be better. Walls are very thin, you can hear other guests in their rooms.

La chambre sous les toits est cosy, confortable. Les draps de bain sont doux, epais et tres propres. On a apprécié le gel douche de marque Nuxe au miel. On a noté cependant une fuite au bas de la vitre de la douche, l eau s écoule dans la salle de bain. Dans la chambre, une veilleuse, à gauche ne fonctionnait pas. Notre sejour n a pas été gâché pour autant. Et je recommande cet hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Ottimo albergo vicino alla stazione dei treni e a 10 minuti dal castello, il signore italiano alla reception è stato gentilissimo. Colazione buona.

Idealement située proche de la gare et du Centre-ville.

Hôtel bien situé, à côté de la gare et où il est relativement facile de trouver une place de stationnement (payant en journée). La chambre est propre mais petite, la literie plutôt correcte, les équipements corrects... Si l'ensemble est correct, cet hôtel est un peu en dessous des standards habituels des hôtels Best Western. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est plutôt bien garni.

Hôtel très vieillissent, chambre petit, pas de paroi pour la douche et on me répond que c’est normal c’est en travaux. Beaucoup de mauvaises fois dans les réponses au problème du personnel. Très cher pour le service vendu

Horrendous 2 hour sleep. Room stank of cigarette smoke on arrival via the air conditioning system. It smelled damp and of cigarettes due to the cold air pumped from elsewhere in the building. Sink didn’t drain. Hair came UP out of the plug when you ran the tap water. Trains and noise from station broadcasts carried directly to the room as no protection from it. Would have raised issues had we been at the hotel for longer. As it was, we arrived late and departed early. The service from the reception team far exceeded the quality of the hotel, sleep or condition of the room.
