Great staff, great location and great breakfast.

駅から非常に近く、アクセスがとても良い。朝食は普通に美味しかったが、ワッフルはライブキッチンなどで暖かいものを提供してもらえるとより良いと思った。

Good breakfast, comfy bed but dated and smelly room

The hotel is right next to the train station which we found perfect for getting to the Belgian Grand Prix and easy trips into Brussels. The hotel is nothing special and quite functional but beds were comfy and we slept well. Getting the lift from the station platform will save you climbing the stairs.

Everything was fine.

Dings and Dangs on walls and floors. This place is in need of a cleanup / minor refurb. The good location cannot keep on saving it.

Albergo piu o meno sopra la stazione e quindi comodo per chi come me parte presto x Zaventem. Tutto ok. Personale.alla.reception la sera poco attento. Cestino in bagno acora dell'ospite precedente. Leggerezza imperdonabile. Albergo che cista ma con personale che perde colpi.

I liked that it was like 2 minutes to the Train station platform, and proximity to restaurants and landmarks was very good. I would definitely stay here again should I visit Luven. The staff were great.

As soon as we booked the room, the hotel staff reached out to us. We appreciated how responsive they were. We stayed for two nights - August 9th and 10th. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station but it wasn’t noisy. We got connecting rooms as requested. We noticed that one room didn’t have hand soap and it was promptly fixed. We enjoyed our stay. If you travel to the hotel by car like we did, there isn’t a way to drive up to the front door and unload your luggage. You can either park on the street or in the parking lot. It is a very minor inconvenience but we thought we would mention it to raise awareness for others.

Praktische ligging. Prima kamer. Maar geen top hotel. Matig onderhouden, service was sterk afhankelijk van de persoon die er stond. Het ontbijt was goed. Veel keuze en goed aangevuld. Helaas kan er geen raam open op de kamer, waardoor je dag en nacht de airco aan moet hebben.
