DO NOT STAY HERE. Only thing good about this place is that I didn’t see bugs. The white guy Todd at the desk is extremely rude. The pool looks like a disgusting, outdated YMCA. The tv guide doesn’t work…hard to see the channels, no streaming available (not even Netflix). No outlet by the bed, etc. Gym was also closed for construction. Not worth $200 a night, maybe $50.

Really nice hotel. Renovations were going on and you are told upfront but it's not bad. The rooms is very nice and comfortable. The door going into the shower is interesting. It opens into the shower under the shower head so when you turn on the shower it is a shot of cold water. The guide for the tv is obnoxious. It's difficult to use. The pool is fantastic! It's a mini pool park with waterfalls, a lap pool and small lazy river. Very comfortable. The breakfast area is nice. There is also an outside courtyard when it is nice. The food is okay but there are quite a few options. We had bacon and it is very thin. Wasn't too filling. Coffee isn't bad but is watery.

Clean room- although it could use some updating but just happy it was clean! Staff was amazing upon check in and out. Pool area was wonderful especially with littles! My only complaint was the pool had too much chemicals in it i think? It made our eyes burnt maybe we are just sensitive!! Overall a great stay and we will be back.

The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable. It has a large, clean pool, and the hotel staff is very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with something different every day.

The room had a bad smell like the last occupant was a wet dog. The fruit selection at breakfast was minimal at best. Most of the equipment in the exercise room did not function.

This hotel is well managed, everybody is helpful. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. I would choose this hotel again for my stay.

The property was ok the staff upon arrival was not very nice to me. I have tried to call and talk to the assistant manager Todd but they won't put me through to him and I did let them know how Unhappy I was staying there. The people upstairs were very loud and making a lot of noisy banging after 10 pm ant night both nights my grandchildren and I stayed there. The smokers outside were very loud after 10 pm on Friday. Saturday night they were not so loud

We got in a little early and were able to check in and go swimming. That was great and refreshing. Good stay.

The room was clean. The front desk staff was wonderful and polite. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Overall it was a wonderful stay

Was passing through on a roadtrip to Montana and to see family in Columbus. Very nice hotel, room was more spacious than I saw in the photos. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. The only downside was the AC in the room didn’t cool down as much. Everything else was top notch.

Clean hotel with friendly staff

It was just ok. A little dated. No USB ports to charge any devices. When we called to the front desk asking about charging options “we can’t help ya”
