Very friendly staff

Tired , dates and needs repair

Great breakfast. Lots of shops nearby. Best part for me, I did the check-out but the hotel kept my bag and I enjoyed a morning in the beach, after that, paid 10 euros and I could shower in the hotel before my flight!

On arrival I was allocated a room in Quaddro over the road from Argento. The room was spotlessly clean with lovely fresh bedding although not changed during my five night stay. The lovely towels were changed daily. Breakfast was in Argento and could not have been any better. The pool in Quaddro was difficult to get in to. The Argento pool was better and had more sunbeds and parasols and a bar. Pool towels are provided. Both hotels are well placed. St Julian's one way Paceville another and the bus stop a two minutes walk. Enjoyed this area of Malta on my third visit.

Excellent petit déjeuner.. belle piscine ... Le reste sans plus mal illuminé .. finitions de la chambre laissant a desirer (peinture et papier peint ) literie excellente mais oreillers pas confortables ( on dirait de la laine) .. merite un meilleur entretien des murs ou sinon tres bon rapport qualite prix surtout petit dej et piscine .

Clean hotel… The beds are not comfortable. Standard at best. Not a bad place… not a great place. Average.

C’era un errore nella nostra prenotazione e senza alcuna differenza di prezzo ci hanno lasciato la camera con gli stessi servizi. È la prima volta che mi succede di sbagliare una prenotazione di un hotel e mi ha stupito molto l’aiuto offerto a costo zero. Mi hanno salvato la vacanza. Grazie mille!

I stayed at Hotel Argento in Malta, and unfortunately, it was a very poor experience from start to finish. The standard was low, and I honestly can’t understand how this hotel is rated four stars. The AC was turned off every night, so the rooms got extremely hot – we were sweating through every night. We spoke to the staff about the AC issue three days in a row, but nothing was done. They said they would look into it, but nothing changed. Very poor service. The balconies were tiny, barely real balconies – more like French balconies. The room decor was outdated and worn out. Basic toiletries like shower gel, hand cream, and hand soap were missing and never restocked during room service. Completely unacceptable. Breakfast was also quite underwhelming. The staff seemed stressed, the fruit was always gone quickly, and what little was available was old and unappetizing. The pools were especially disgusting. There were clumps of hair, insects, and all kinds of debris floating around. It’s unclear how often they’re cleaned, but it didn’t seem like hygiene was a priority at all. Overall, this is not a hotel I would recommend. It doesn’t meet even basic expectations, let alone those of a four-star establishment.

Great hotel Staff wonderful

Allt var bra, förutom duschen. Ont om platser att hänga sin handduk på så att det inte blev blöt när man duschade. Dåligt tryck i duschen. Badkaret som man stod i fylldes på under tiden man duschade om man inte flyttade på proppen helt, och när proppen låg i så fylldes inte badkaret på helt utan när vattnet nådde en viss nivå så tömdes det i samma takt som duschen fyllde på. Stativet för duschen satt alldeles för lågt och gick inte att justera.

I booked and paid this hotel in advance. I was told that I needed to pay 3 Euro city tax but I didn’t not have any Euros on me at that time and was going to pay with my cc. I was told not to work and I could pay later. The next morning I went the ATM , got some cash and paid my 3 Euro bill. The woman behind the counter was busy and took the money but did not give me a receipt. The next day I was asked to pay the tax and I explained that I already had. On checking out I was told again I needed to pay the 3 Euro tax. After having a conversation and getting nowhere I went ahead and paid the taxes again !!! Get a receipt for everything from this hotel , the gym was so minimal you could barely call it a gym. It is in a good location though and the rooftop pool area is nice.

L’hotel è in una bella zona. Il personale è gentile e cordiale. I bagni piccolissimi e da rivedere, la vasca/doccia perde acqua da alcune fessure, il balconcino è sporchissimo e anche la pulizia in generale della stanza è scarsa (ragnatele/insetti morti contro il muro mai rimossi). La colazione è un po’ scarsa e confusionaria

Hôtel bien situé, Petit déjeuner varié et excellent, le personnel impeccable Gentil serviable à l'écoute, la chambre est simple mais rien a y redire (douche à l'italienne spacieuse appréciable), j'y suis resté 5 nuits impeccable.

Mycket fuktskador. Extremt dålig frukost, bra kaffe dock. Baren ett skämt, antingen stängd eller om den va öppen, ingen öl.

El baño muy anticuado e incómodo

Oskön säng med gummilakan… otroligt lyhört. Hörde allt mina grannar sa och gjorde. Ganska slitet. Passar säkert bra för party-ungdomar med inget jag skulle rekommendera för andra. Kaffet får 2/10. Hade dock badkar vilket var nice.

Ottima posizione, al centro di San Julián, personale dell'hotel gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, camera confortevole e letto comodissimo. Ottima colazione per tutti i gusti, ampia scelta dolce e salato.
