I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Would definitely recommends

The overall ambience and amenities were not really ITC quality. The room was musty and dated, the breakfast was average, the front desk person I encountered seemed practically unfriendly, let alone welcoming. We left a pair of earplugs behind and I called within a few hours of checking out. But they couldn't find it. Never had such an experience at any ITC property before.

Not okay for the price I paid

Overall stay was OK. For the price, accommodation was inadequate. The room says occupancy is for 4, but only one bed provided, upon request additional folding bed was provided, which is very basic, not up to mark, for the price charged. Another annoying thing is, only one room key card provided, lift operates only with key card. They said no second key would be provided, which is strange and annoying. Facility inside is OK, but on out side (my room window side) faces a horse dump. Room floors are squeaky, looks like wood expanded due to moisture exposure. Who ever designed door for water closet probably thinking, most people waste size is less than 20 inches, because the clearance between sink and door is at most is 18 inches. Staff is courteous and pleasant, except in the break fast area, where they provided zero service, except greeting. Overall below average value for the Mysore location for the price charged.

Indigo Flights gots cancelled and we were not able to checkin or stay in Mysuru. We could not reach the hotel by phone or by chat. I will be pleased to get a full refund

Good location, staff are friendly, food at Orchid’s is delicious. Property is a bit tired looking, few things in the room are not working.

Service is good in sky restaurant rooftop

Room - No hand shower in bathroom. Drainage near commode was not good and water was not getting drained. AC had to be kept and minimum temperature to get good cooling. Service - Had to call multiple times to get anything needed. Food - No options for no sugar drinks like Diet Coke in room service Breakfast Buffet - some items were very bad like hard idlis, too oily vada and thick pooris.
