Love the hotel every time I go.

Es un hotel céntrico el personal es excelente, el servicio al cliente es impecable. Las camas de las habitaciones pueden mejorar, afecta el descanso no tener camas de buena calidad o cómodas.

Good hotel well located. Very nice staff. The music throughout the hotel is way too loud day and night. I had a meeting at 8am and then lobby was literally a disco… quieter common areas would be better.

Nice Hotel

I stay at the Pullman was OK, upon checking in the bartender was rude and not helpful for us and the hotel was just so so. It was clean and safe, but there was nothing about it. That was special and I would not return when there are so many other hotels in the area for around the same price. We had dinner at the HYATT one block away both nights because it was more relaxing and had a better selection of food. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel. It’s just not as good as other things in the area and after having a bad experience on check-in, I preferred to go elsewhere for drinks and dining.
