Rating & Review Keseluruhan Copper Point Resort

The staff were fabulous, however regular change to the carpeting and hallways would make the place feel less worn and dirty. Our room smelled of smoke. The door did not lock and could easily be pushed open. Unfortunately, the staff were unable to provide a different room or resolve the smell issue. The door was fixed for our stay. I would expect more attention to basic detail for a 4-star rated hotel. This was unfortunately a disappointing experience minus the amazing staff.

Our room and was spacious, clean & comfortable. The onsite restaurant was also amazing. The food & service were incredible.

Bathroom shower tile had mold that came out from around the tub fitting when we showered. Giant oil stain on the floor beside the bed. Shower head in the bathroom is very outdated - would be great if it was updated so the water pressure wasn’t so crazy. There is no where to get fresh water except for the water fountain in the pool area - which is locked when the pool is closed. none of the sinks are deep enough to fit a waterbottle. this was very very inconvenient after a couple days!! Really non-ideal to be in Bryce on the furthest side of the wing if u didn’t know to bring a luggage cart - it took us more than 6 minutes to wait for both elevators from the Parkade and then to walk two long hallways. This wasn’t a big deal for us but for older folks this wouldn’t be very accessible. Also the fact that not alll rooms come with bathrobes seemed unfair given the high price we paid for our room. Food in the restaurant was too high priced to be worth not driving a short distance into town. the staff, however, were so amazing. Pool and hot tub, and all the general amenities were very clean and well kept. Parkade is safe and clean. Staff were all very friendly and kind. Would not choose this place over an airbnb for the price point though, unless your booking the lofted bigger rooms - those all looked worth it.

The facility is great, rooms are nice and clean, but the service was terrible at both checking and dinning. The spa was wonderful.

Its a great family friendly resort. Highly reccommend will be staying here again!

Resort was great, pool, hottub, cabana. Restaurant food was fantastic, but service was atrocious- so short staffed but not well staffed. Would stay again but not go to the in house restaurant unfortunately. No ice machines either but nice from front desk in bags, not super convenient

Stay was terrible. Room was dirty, sofa bed had dirty sheets with chips still in it. Sofa bed wasn’t suitable for anyone to sleep in it springs were completely shot. Shower was dirty and glass door didn’t close. AC unit was very loud but ineffective. Phone didn’t work in the room. Front desk wouldn’t answer phone. Front desk do noon checkout so kids could use pool. I stay over 100 nights a year in hotels and this is the worst “luxury hotel” I’ve stayed at. Copper point was nice when build but is in terrible shape.

Stayed at the resort with my husband and 3 kids and really enjoyed the room amenities and resort however quite disappointed that we asked to have the room cleaned and not once did they do that . Night before check in after I complained they wanted to clean my room at 11 pm which is absurd. For the price you pay I would have liked even a basic clean especially that there was cleaners few doors from us and our rooms were vacant most of the day .

Everything was well except cleanliness in the room, unfortunately our room was very dirty.

The resort property is really nice with all the amenities such as pool, tennis courts walking paths, etc. The room was okay. We enjoyed the balcony however the room was quite dark, and the lighting was inadequate. While we did not need cleaning services after the first night, our room was not cleaned the second night either. We requested fresh towels and this was delivered promptly. Over all it was nice.

Restaurant is a gong show. Plan to eat elsewhere.

Paid almost $600 for a night for a subterranean room that overlooked extensive bushes and trees. Absolutely no view. The room was also near a parking lot vent that sounded like a semi parked outside the bedroom window. Could hear the people above us walking. The ceiling is like a tympanic membrane and amplified all the sound. Called to discuss. No night manager. Was told that at 8:00 am the Manager would be in and would contact me. Still waiting.
