We booked 2 rooms both the rooms were unclean and ac were not working for both of the rooms we couldnt sleep the whole night and on the other hand the fridge in our room was also broken Smelly washrooms uncleaned towels

Awful location, dirty overall, poor air conditioning, broken hair dryer, stale smell in bath towels, no hand towels, torn bed covers, noisy, poor customer service. I have run short of words to describe why to stay away from this hotel. Good luck with your stay if you still choose this hotel.

Its good for stay But the Ac Is Not Working Problem And the Blanket is also used someone its dirty . But The girl simran at Front Desk Associate its too nice behave talking , Eye Contact , Its too Good Behavior ....

Manager on front desk was rude.Askung for extra money for room. Very dishonest people .

The jacuzzi in the room didn't work which was very frustrating.

Good experience

I stayed with my family including my mom dad and we all were very happy with the stay. The food was really good, especially chana paneer masal and dal dhaba. The front office staff is very helpful, special mention to Ms Nidhi (FO manager) and Sandeep (FO desk) for helping us out whenever we had any issue. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a value for money hotel with comfortable stay and good food options

Hard pillows & when requested for soft ones - had to wait and wait and wait- nothing arrived. Hotel right next to wedding venue- so loud music all night. All in all cudnt rest well which ruined the whole of next day,

평점이 10점이어서 선택을 했는데 10점 받을 만한 곳은 아니라고 생각됩니다. 3성급 호텔이고 침대는 편안했으나 전반적으로 리노베이션이 필요한 것 같네요.

Great hotel, would recommend. Beeakfast was if good quality. We stayed only 1 night but had a an overall goid experience. As we arrived late to chdck in we ordered room service food which was excellent. Checkout was straight forward. Had a great nights sleep

No gym, even though it says gym is available on booking page.

Nice hotel, good food. But few issues as well! 1. Less parking space 2. No facilities for chauffeur to rest/ fresh 3. Mgmt has to update google map for correct guidance

YOU CAN BOOK A ROOM USING YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CANT GET YOUR ROOM. UNLESS YOU HAVE ID IM NO FROM INDIA I DONT HAVE A INDIAN ID . BUT THEY DONT ASK YOU THE SAME QUESTION WHEN YOU BOOK THE HOTEL. LUCKILY I HAD A COPY OF MY PASSPORT ON MY PHONE .IM NOT FLYING I DONT CARRY MY PASSPORT WITH ME. ROOM SMELLS LIKE I DONT KNOW WHAT ITS ALLWAYS THERER EVEN AFTER SPRAYING ROOM FRESHNER. CONSTRUCTION GOING BELOW DECK WAS NOISY AND EARLY MORNING STAFF YELLING AT EACHOTHER SO YOU WAKE UP AT PRIME TIME OF YOUR SLEEP

The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful, especially in the dinning Room.It made all the difference ,more so when it came to choice of the foreign food choices.
