On the beach with great views, walk to the beach, nice pool and tennis, old and tired room.

The second bathroom, the pipes were very loud everytime u turned on the sink tap. The second bedroom u couldnt open a window for fresh air, so it was very "stuffy" and hard to sleep. The lamp in loungeroom didnt work. Other than those things itwas good.

We had an amazing stay, we had a group of 8 across 2 rooms. The rooms had everything we needed, all of the facilities are phenomenal… the poolside BBQ area is great, the pool is awesome for the kids, such a good location. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for 2 weeks to be close to family in nearby Elanora. Gorgeous beachfront with daily spectacular sunrise views and Surfers Paradise in the distance. Highly walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants, easy access to buses. Very clean lobby, great pool. I booked a standard room, which could have used a few updates, but was clean and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location - great for most families - plenty for younger families - close to beach. All apartments individual so variation between rooms. our parking bay had owners stuff left at end of bay to it was tight to park. Staff friendly and helpful, cleaning of apartments was okay but no good for someone with dust allergies. They re-cleaned room - but with little improvement. We ended up to clean ourselves.

I picked this property because it had a lift but when i parked my car in the lower basement it had steep stairs up to the floor where the lift started. I booked online but in future i will ring properties to ensure there are no stairs.

Loved - the large pool ( very kid friendly), the beach frontage fantastic views, the security( felt very safe) , walkable to food outlets, the fantastic kept grounds. Yes the apartments are a lil dated BUT if they were upgraded it will come with a higher price tag so happy with what we had. Comfy bed ( most importantly)

Good place to stay however it was very dirty. Under the bed could tell it had not been vacuumed in months with build up of dust and dirt. Location is deal and the pool was good.

Easy checkin/out. Great swimming pool. Easy access to beautiful sandy beach. Amazing ocean view from room to enjoy sunrise/sunset. Overall great place to stay.

This place is so family friendly The pool is a beach entry and it has a rail for the lederly and a slide for the young and young at heart. I used to take my kids there for about 10 yrs and now i take my grandkids. It is great

The grounds were beautiful. The pool was amazing. Reception were so lovely. The apartment was comfortable & homely. The beds were comfortable. The direct beach access was awesome. The views were unbeatable. Thank you Royal Palms.

Fantastic views right on beach, great swimming pool. Close to children's playground and not far from supermarket and cafe's.

Good older style apartments ( opened 1984). Apartment had been refurbished - vg. Great views, pool & walking distance to beach (2 min) & shops/ pub/ surf club (5 min) Underground Car park not the best. Road works on both major highway increase transit time (x2) to Surfer and points north. Hope finished when you visit.

The apartment was not up to a standard to the price charged. The apartment was privately owned and managed by Royal Palms Resort.

The apartment had not been refurbished like other apartments and therefore was not presentable for the cost

The views from our apartment were amazing. The grounds and pool were also amazing. The pool temperature was perfect . The location is also great with easy walk to Coles and surrounding areas. We stayed for 9 nights and the weather was very hot so next time we book , we would ensure that the unit that we stay in had either ceiling fans or A/C. Our unit only had pedestal fans which normally might have been ok but due to the heat, our unit was sometimes very hot. We requested a high floor apartment and the staff at Royal Palm were very accomodating, the views were amazing. We also booked the apartment at a very reasonable price so all in all, we had a great stay and look forward to visiting again.
