This hotel is the best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time. All of the staff we came in to contact with were fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them they are exactly what hospitality is all about. The hotel is spotless and the quality of the food is amazing. We had breakfast and dinner I would 100 percent recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to return.

LOVED this hotel so much I returned on the same trip for two more nights. The rooms were fab, individually designed, clean, with fab bathrooms. Not at all noisy, even in the road side rooms. Lots of lovely staff. Well designed exterior areas, although I wasn't keen on the white loungers (personal preference). Only negative was the pricey parking. It is possible topar very close for a third of the price. Oh, also in an amazing location and extremely close to the village and all the amenities.

Superb modern hotel within easy walking distance of the town’s attractions. The bedroom was very well equipped and the king size bed was fabulously comfortable. As we had torrential rain during our stay, we were glad of indoor garage. But for the rain, we would probably have tried one of the many nearby restaurants as the hotel only has a limited choice cafeteria but the food and service were excellent and very modestly priced. Breakfast was copious and delicious. We will return!

Good location, excellent welcome. Room was large and the pool and outside bar area were very relaxing. Very good breakfast buffet but the best impression came from the superb staff who were all really friendly, helpful and actually looked as though they enjoyed their jobs. Easy walk into town

Fabulosa Experiencia en el hotel Cuevas: limpio, habitación super cómoda, amplia, el hotel muy bien ubicado, el restaurante MUY bueno además de muy bien decorado, pero sobre todo, la atención de TODO su personal ha sido EXCEPCIONAL!!! Es la 2a ocasión con ellos y estamos encantados.

Trato excelente, el hotel cuidado, precioso. La cama muy cómoda con terraza para poder fumar sin tener que salir a la calle. En general una estancia de 4 noches que nos encantó.

La experiencia en el Hotel Cuevas ha sido excelente. Las habitaciones son modernas, muy amplias, limpias y especialmente cómodas, con una decoración cuidada al detalle. Las instalaciones del hotel son simplemente deliciosas: la piscina, el jacuzzi exterior y la sorprendente casa del árbol con zona de relax crean un ambiente perfecto para desconectar. Se nota el mimo con el que está pensado cada espacio. El trato del personal ha sido exquisito, tanto en recepción como en el bar de la piscina, siempre atentos y amables, cuidando cada detalle para que te sientas como en casa. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: a un paso del centro histórico de Santillana del Mar, ideal para visitar la Colegiata y perderse por sus calles empedradas. ¡Totalmente recomendable y con ganas de repetir!

Para una experiencia en pareja es el hotel ideal. La localización me parece idónea, no está en el centro donde la aglomeración, pero estás a un paso del mismo. Servicio atento, educado y muy eficaz. La habitación (con jacuzzi) está muy bien decorado y es muy funcional. El detalle del concierto de arpa fue inolvidable. Todo genial, nos ha encantado la zona y el hotel, seguro que repetiremos.
