Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was really good.

Did an over-Nite stay with the grandkids they enjoyed the pool. Everything was great, Service, staff and the variety at breakfast was very good. The coffee was VERY GOOD.

Clean, comfortable and spacious with a good breakfast. Took a while to evict folks next to us who were arguing and threatening to each other. They were extremely loud!

Security of parking garage. Your card key is needed to enter parking garage, elevator lobby from garage and use of card key once you get on elevator. Made us feel safe knowing only those staying at property had access to enter

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms and both were clean and very comfortable for our group of 7. The breakfast was great with a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice as usual. My family and I come once every year.

Staff had excellent customer service. The hotel offers a great breakfast. Only two bad things were parking and the second (something I could have requested) was extra bathroom mats.

When checking out gal wasn’t very friendly, cold. Check in great. All else excellent.

Love this area of Santa Cruz, especially that uou can walk to the beach from the hotel.
