It’s lovely hotel and very helpful staff, no main hotel parking but pay and display parking around canal and around town. Very quiet we really enjoy our stay.

So noisy at night and when we rang reception to complain we were told it's in the small print that rooms be noisy.

No problems with the hotel itself all clean & tidy bar staff great. Just wasnt to pleased about people trying to get into my room banging the door at 4am 6am in the morning not great when id a long drive ahead of me, also the band that eventually turned up over 1 and half hrs late to the stage, the tickets i purchased stated 10pm to 1am they didnt get onto stage until near 12 midnight, the band was good for the 15 mins of them i seen.

The bar and staff were excellent The breakfast was average. Bacon was dried up and compacted. Toast was underdone Overall the breakfast was not good value at 15 euro

Nice location, middle of town. However the hotel is very dated. Public toilets on ground floor were dirty. Toilet in room didn’t work. The staff were friendly.

Excellent stay for a BDAY treat

The hotel is in a great location, but very mundane overall. We had a relatively small room for the price we paid. Small matters such as plastic cups in the bathrooms, lack of conditioner in the shower or skin moisturizer in the bathroom are notable in comparison to other hotels where we have stayed. Very limited television options, even just for news. Overall, the hotel serves a purpose and was safe, but it’s not a place I would go out of the way to use again.
