Beautiful hotel

Stay was good.

probably the best you can expect from a place like Pennsylvania

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. All staff are friendly and respectful. Extra bath products and towels in the room. Unfortunately one of the beds had a worn out mattress that sunk in the center which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I didn't notice it until I was going to bed otherwise I would have requested a different room.

It was a very pleasant trip

We stayed here overnight as we were attending a local event and had a quiet and clean modern room

Beautiful exterior. Big room. However, there was a spill that hadn't been dealt with for quite a while. It appeared to be a bit understaffed.

One person at check in... No bellman or doorman or visible Manager of any kind! Looks rather grand BUT lacks the service staff to support the look... Still probably one of the best around.

I’m giving this Property an Average score due to the pool and hot tub not accessible during my stay. Also, the signage for the Hotel Valet entrances were not distinct from the Casino Valet entrance which was a long walk across the Casino floor pass the shops with luggage. Other than that, the Wind Creek rooms, Casino, eateries and Poker Room were great.
