Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, and great nearby restaurants!

Stayed couple of weeks there. Location, staff, property management all great. Couldn’t find anything bad to say. Highly recommended.

国家体育場でコンサートがあり利用。地下鉄駅から近く、コンサート終わりで帰路につく際の治安の心配もなかった。部屋も清潔。クラブルームは従業員の対応が気持ちよかった。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、品数が豊富で味も良い。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

Clean beautiful property with great dining options

Big thanks to the front desk team for being so patient and helpful throughout our stay. The room was super clean, and the buffet had so many options — the kids loved it! And a special shoutout to the staff at check-out — your warm and welcoming attitude made us feel at home. We’ll be staying here again next time!

My stay was nothing short of exceptional. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean. Mornings were a delight thanks to the extensive breakfast buffet, featuring a wide array of culinary options from flavorful local dishes to classic American favorites. Special mention must be made of Yummy Restaurant where the food and service provided were exceptional. The hotel’s location close to the major landmarks are a major bonus. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

A good place to stay

The sauna steam area and mens room and pool wasn't as clean as would expect from a 5 star hotel.

I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. My room was spacious. Most importantly, the pool was long enough, even though at times, it was a bit crowded. My only comment was the unavailability of a business center for guest use. (Its center was restricted for privileged guests.) I did inquire the availability of such facility prior to my booking and was told that it existed, but no mentioning of privileged guests was given. I would have brought my own laptop (prefer not to do that during my vacation) or booked some other hotel. At the end, I was given the privilege to only visit the center and use its computer ONCE... this was somewhat disappointing. I started my trip in Vancouver and now continuing with my trip in Hong Kong. The hotels in both cities provided desktop computers, printers, etc. for general use. (Otherwise, why would I be able to type in this comment now!) There will not be much overhead to set up a business center for general use and it will bring much convenience to guests.

Excelente experiencia, muy buen hotel.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the variety of breakfast was huge. One day I was late for breakfast and they are already serving lunch, I asked for a togo coffee and they gave it to me free. The area it located has multiple other big hotels too and it makes me feel safe even i was out till mid night.
