Ok hotel til prisen. Slidte og gammeldagsværelser. Morgenmad elendig.

Lite og upålitelig kollektivtransport og taxi i området. Bør ha bil.

Bo på dette hotel. Bedre end prisen. Badeværelser noget trange. God, venlig og kompetent service incl rengøringspersonale. Rigtig god morgenmad. Mest rene og velholdte pool set. Fred og ro, her bor folk i alle aldre og nationaliteter.

Helt ok hotell i san Benedetto. Litt slitt men helt greit

It was a very bad experience. The room was very small, a very small tv hidden behind the closet, the room was without ventilation. The cleaning was not correct. But the worst thing was the bad hospitality. If you are going to be with small children, never go to this hotel. The receptionist of the first shift behaved very badly because a 2 year old child cried, she was very rude and with very bad attitude. The breakfast was good and the pool was good too.

Staff were great and helpful ,choice at breakfast ,rooms a little old fashioned,( but your only sleeping there ) rooms were clean and cleaned everyday ,well situated to get to.places around the lake , lakeside a 5 min walk ,bus stops few meters away

The property was good, the only 2 issues I can complain is that the room was hot no AC UNIT and because of slow season kitchen close at 7 Everything else was perfect

Il hotel non rispecchia quanto pubblicizzato. La signora alla.reception totalmente apatica durante checkout. Colazione pessima.

Sulla via principale del paese, ampio parcheggio auto/moto. Dotato di piscina e ascensore. Comode camere climatizzato e pulite. Ottimo il personale e il servizio bar

Très bien dans son ensemble. Points négatifs : joint de la salle de bain très sale et accueil très désagréable de la dame

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bisogna rimodernare il bagno vintage e aggiustare il velux in camera perché entra acqua se piove.

De ontvangst/ inchecken verliep goed en soepel. Personeel is behulpzaam. De airco werkte niet en dat was wel een dingetje met 30 graden, kamer was benauwd. We kregen uiteindelijk een ventilator voor in de kamer, enkel zorgde dat niet voor voldoende verfrissing. Je kan goed ontbijten bij deze hotel en de ligging is ook perfect.

I was disappointed with Expedia as this hotel was rated at 8.0- lesson learned to read reviews from other sources! The staff were fabulous,very helpful and accomodating. House keeping daily with fresh towels. The hotel was very dated. We were put in attic rooms, the only natural light and fresh air was from a velux roof window. Thankfully we had booked for air conditioning. There was a terrible smell, which smelt like a dirty wet mop masked with bleach, in our room, but also on the corridors at different points during our stay. Scrambled eggs were cold, but staff obliged to heat them in the microwave when asked. Equally I was disappointed to find that San Benedetto was not only the name of the hotel, but was also a district, approximately a 30-40 minute walk from the centre of Peschiera. Day 2 we found a bus that stopped nearby to travel into Peschiera.

Tout à fait convenable..personnel sympathique et à l'écoute...disponible pour toute intervention en cas de besoin...nb nous parlons et comprenons l'italien..

L'unica cosa che salva questo hotel é la piccola piscina al esterno. Collazione scarsissima, le camere necessitano un rinnovo. Alquni dello staff ( quelli più giovani) molto gentili , invece lo staff ( più adulti) sembra che gli da fastidio il proprio lavoro.
