주변이 너무 황량하고 볼 거리가 없으며객실 내부 또한 좀더 청결하면 좋겠다.

방이 크고 좋은편. 수건이나 샤워시설도 좋은편 호텔에서 주는 생수는 배탈 없이 잘 사용 아침 부페도 오므라이스, 계란 후라이, 누들 등 즉석요리 가능 주스 맛있고, 커피 맛있고 팁은 100 루피정도 주었음

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The air conditioning could only be controlled by us, which was inconvenient. The room was not clean, and the service was extremely poor. We had to ask for everything, which made the experience frustrating. The worst part was the dental kit provided—it appeared to have been used by someone else as it was wet, which was utterly disgusting and unacceptable. This reflects a serious lack of hygiene and attention to guest comfort. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I expected much better standards.

Charged more than booking rate Lobby was warm AC took forever to cool from 24.5 deg C to 23 deg C Mini Bar was not loaded and empty but front desk asked if there was any consumption

It was fine. Surprisingly, housekeeping didnt clean the room or make up the bed in the morning. They didn’t clear old dishes either (from the morning). Restaurant service was slow but food quality and quantity was good.

Nice hotel close to the airport. A bit far outside if you go to Coimbatore center. Very big and nice pool for swimming, friendly and attentive staff, large and good quality breakfast, room was spacious, but the matrace was old and very soft. One negative, otherwise good value.

A great hotel to stay when you visit Coimbatore, for business or for pleasure, has the best restaurants around, comfortable and clean room, pool, gym, spa and other facilities. Spacious well designed lobby suitable for business meetings. Great helpful and friendly staff all the way from the gate onwards.
