Comfortable bed good breakfast

Food was really well presented and cooked to perfection, staff very friendly and proprietors very welcoming, during our weeks stay.The room and beds very comfortable and clean, and alway's left clean towels and bins emptied regularly, cannot think of anything that we disliked, would highly recommend this guest house, and we will surely go back again.

A friend and I had a most enjoyable 3 night stay at the Tennyson. The staff were friendly and approachable, the room comfortable and the breakfasts just the ticket. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a most pleasant stay in Bridlington.

The staff made the stay for us, they were brilliant for my family and especially my little boy. Breakfast was great. Location was great and the rooms were really nice. We’ll happily be back, hopefully soon!

A convenient location away from the town centre but within easy walking distance along the sea front. Lovely welcome from Julie and staff all very friendly. Used as a base for two days of concert in Bridlington Spa. Nice choice of breakfast options. Also convenient for visiting local attractions along the coast.

This was an excellent B&B with clean and comfortable rooms, a great breakfast, free parking, and local to all facilities. Top quality accommodation where you are made very welcome.

We stayed for 2 night with a 4 year old and a baby, we had the family room which was an en suite double with a single bed in a separate room, which was perfect for us as the little corridor between the 2 rooms had a light that was on a sensor so it was handy when our 4 year old got up in the night. The rooms were very clean. The decor and furniture looked fresh and in good condition. Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk to the beach. The Tennyson owner Julie was very friendly and accommodating, nothing felt like too much trouble and even kindly lent us a phone charger. Breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. The waitress Paula was lovely, she gave us some tips on parking for the south beach area. Paula was great with our children, including holding our baby so we could eat our breakfasts and brought our 4 year old a cushion for her chair. Paula went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our breakfasts. It can be stressful travelling with small children but the Tennyson made us all feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.
