This property was very clean and comfortable. The outstanding feature for me were the staff who were excellent. It was very close to RPA which was great.

I only had 1 complaint about the room that the shower curtain kept sticking to the legs from the draught of steam removal. There was no door to isolate the shower recess and the floor got very wet.

The service from Ryan was exceptional.

He’s was too soft, and felt really hot. But it was just for 1 night, so all good

room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and especially I when I rang and coulant find the place

Front desk service was exceptional! "Vernice" the Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to assist us with our stay (looking up transport routes, organising an early check-in and organising a shuttle back to the airport). You just don't get good quality service like this anymore.

Very well managed property. The only suggestion I can make is that better arrangements for access to maintenance on the weekend be investigated.

Really noisy even with windows shut. Rooms small a microwave not really a kitchen. car park not on site and limited food choices close by - nightmare to park to check in

This hotel is managed by only one staff. We arrived in the evening but there was no staff at the front desk. There is a note, saying that we need to call for service. And that phone number is a local phone number! And we are international visitors. It is very inconvenient!

My only issue is the room was advertised as having a “kitchenette”. That meant a kettle and a portable hot plate. No toaster; no cooking equipment etc. which v disappointing. but hey, it’s cheap, clean and convenient.

The staff make all the difference helpful caring efficient pleasant courteous would recommend staying here
