Horrível é pouco para avaliar esse hotel, a nota dele deveria ser -10, pois é difícil encontrar um ponto positivo nesse resort, se é que podemos chamar resort. As condições gerais são péssimas, acomodações antigas, ar condicionado barulhento, cheiro horrível de esgoto, em todo hotel, não tem água quente, mudei de quarto melhorou um pouco , a comida é horrível, pedidas pior ainda, é atendimento péssimo, pessoas sem a menor condição de atender aos hóspedes, são grosseiras na sua maioria, tratam os hóspedes como se estivessem fazendo favor. A higiene no hotel é zeroooo. As expressões que mais ouvimos lá foi , esse hotel é Velho e feito s facão, a comida parece lavagem pra porco. Por mais que eu tente, é difícil falar o quanto que esse hotel é ruim, jamais voltaria ou indicaria. A rua onde fica o hotel ficou por tds os dias que estávamos lá cheia de água , o esgoto do hotel vazava pelos bueiros e a rua ficava cheia de água do esgoto desse local, e dentro do hotel o esgoto tb transbordava. Como se não bastasse td isso ainda vimos uma cobra andando pelo jardim, mostramos aos funcionários e eles disseram que não podia fazer nada. Enfim, td nesse hotel precisa ser mudado, ou melhor fechado, é questão de saúde pública, comidas ruins, azedas, esgoto transbordando, e atendimento péssimo. Enfim, se fosse enumerar as questões negativas, gastaria págs e págs e sonda seria pouco. O hotéis.com deveria excluir essa opção de hospedagem, pois as fotos não refletem a realidade do mesmo.

Very very bad experience at the hotel, the rooms were destroyed in poor condition, smell of sewage, rotten food, very bad service, nothing like what they sell you or what they show you in photos

The hotel is overpriced for the location. The food was really bad. Roads very awful. Staff is very friendly and try to make the best out of your stay. The beach is at another hotel near by.

Tv no fue la mejor

Solo puedo decir que todo fue excelente en el hotel, camas cómodas, el baño grande, las camas eran grandes y las habitaciones tenían balcón. Las instalaciones del hotel son agradables, el check in y check out fue rápido y sencillo. La comids y os cócteles estuvieron deliciosos y fue muy variado. Tiene playa cercana que se comparte con un hotel de la misma cadena. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la amabilidad de todo el personal, quienes siempre te atienden con una sonrisa y te prestan la colaboración que requieres. Me encantó la vibra de Franklyn, de Gilberto y del señor que atiende en el restaurante Sueño. Muchas gracias a todo el presonal del hotel por hacer que las vacaciones de mi familia fueran espectaculares y por hacer del cumpleaños de mi madre una celebración muy especial. Lo único malo es que el agua de la ducha no es dulce, pero eso es algo normal en todas las ciudades costeras en donde me he hospedado, así mismo estos días llovió mucho y se inundó la calle pero es algo que pasó en varias calles de Bávaro y eso no fue impedimentopara disfrutar nuestras vacaciones.

La palabra perfecta para describir este hotel es “porqueria” horrible servicio al cliente, empleados te miran mal si les pides algo. Todo el hotel huele a aguas negras (caca) hay gatos en las areas de comida súper desagradable ver eso. No tiene playa (mienten) la entrada a la playa es del otro hotel. Se escucha todo de los cuartos vecinos, la comida es horrible sin variedad y los empleados comiendo con la mano lo mismo que sirven. La televisión no es smart en pleno (2025) inaceptable. Puedo seguir mencionando cosas. Horrible experiencia, no se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

Just when we arrived people were complaining about the people who did the cleaning took their money and was not just one couple people. The food its bad we have to eat on the restaurants around. People dont treat you well and I mean in general everywere. Its was raining every day and the streets if you want to go and walk you cant because was flood almost everyday.the hotel does not provide enough towels the roof was leaking and the doors to get in the rooms we have to try couple times because the bad conditions of the doors.

La información que ponen que esta en la playa no es cierta hay q caminar y pasar por otro hotel de esta misma cadena para llegar a ella. Ponen fotos de otro hotel de esta cadena. La mayoría del personal no son atentos.

Even though the walk to the beach was not too far, they should advertise that their property is not right on the beach side. Other than that, beautiful beach, but should be cleaned more properly as there was so much algae. If you walk further down the beach that’s owned by other resorts, they do a much better job keeping their side of the beach cleaner and there’s not as much algae. I understand that algae is natural but some resorts do a much better job keeping their water and sand cleaner. As for the resort itself, it was nice but would appreciate if there was more things to do and more entertainment for the guests during the day rather than just at night.

i love the resort

We were so bummed to learn that they had sold the ocean front building, so our plans to pay extra for them were not an option as in past stays. The staff members were great, the food options sufficient and that beach front is fabulous. One in our group got sick, but since only one, she thinks she may have accidentally swiped her toothbrush under the faucet. Dang!! For a low budget, last minute beach hang, the rest of us enjoyed it. HUGE bonus is the ability to move the beach loungers to where you want!! Game changer! Though many are broken, when we could score enough decent chairs, we loved that.

Buffet: Food wasn’t fresh, spoil cheese. You can tell chef kept reusing food for days. Drinks: very sweet (syrupy)
