객실이 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하시고 석식은 나오는 음식 수가 적어진것같지만 만족하였습니다. 조식도 맛있었습니다.

방안의 욕장은 사용을 안함 굳이 욕장 달린 방을 안갔어도 되었을듯 다른 모든것들은 다 만족

非常標準的日式懷石料理，房間是非常日式風格，和式風格房間與榻榻米，非常適合想要享受傳統日式風格的旅客

Great Ryokan, good food and friendly staff. The private onsen was amazing and the national park is in walking distance. Would definitely go back here

The food and Onsen are the best, I am very happy with that. However, the room is not clean, you can see dirts on the wall or on the ground. The staff were able accommodate a new room for us (much better, still not the best). I assume the room has been cleaned and those are wear and tears. But for a hotel in this price range it shouldn’t be like this. Please consider renovate the room to keep the customer.

第一次入住這間酒店，私隱度很高，可能由於房間數量少。即使到公眾浴池泡溫泉，也不容易碰見其他客人。溫泉水質很好，女性的公眾浴池，有三種泉質選擇。房間是傳統和式，雖然不算超級新淨，但是保養還算可以。職員親切有禮，不論是前台還是用餐的。晚餐是傳統的懷石料理，早餐則是以半自助餐形式進行，整體質素不俗。

Very nice hotel. A little dated but nice. We stayed in a Japanese style room with futons which was nice but very few electrical outlets. Not a big deal. The private onsen we had was very tiny so we opted for the public one which was great! So unless you’re shy, forego the private onsen in your room. Dinner was a kaiseki ryori (Japanese multi course dinner) which was beautiful, just not my favorite… breakfast was a combination of a Japanese course with buffet. Hotel is very close to the park and shops. I read a recent review online complaining about lack of a/c… there is a/c, works very well it is not obvious but it’s a dial with off, low, med, high. The reviewer should have used google translate ( the off did translate to cut).

유황 온천으로 온천을 즐기면서 맛있는 저녁과 아침 식사를 즐길 수 있는 곳입니다.

매우 조용한 소도시 노보리베츠에서 매우 한적한 휴식을 취할 수 있었다. 대형 호텔이 아니라 대욕장 온천시설도 편안히 이용할 수 있고, 방안에도 작은 욕조가 있어 온천을 즐길 수 있었다.일본 전통식사인 카이세키는 처음에는 눈으로 다음은 입으로 두 번 즐길 수 있는 아주 훌륭한 저녁식사였다. 아침 식사는 일본 가정식과 세미 뷔페가 준비되었는데, 모두 매우 만족스러운 식사였다.

お食事も美味しいし 部屋風呂の気持ちいいこと。また行きたいです。

Reception staff was unfriendly and not very welcoming during check-in and subsequent enquiries. Restaurant staff on the other hand were very friendly. Food was fantastic. Hotel is dated and some of the room furnishings reflect that. The Onsen experience was reasonable. The hotel was quiet and not swamped with lots of noisy tourists.

Near bear park and hell valley are plus points. Other than that, the hotel is a bit dated and the kaiseki is not the best.

部屋の露天風呂が最高でしたが、周囲のビルから見えるかも、と気になりました。タオルはふんだんに用意されていて、とても良かったです。お布団をひいて下さる時に、最低限のゴミを片付けて頂けたら良かったなと思います。支配人と思われる方およびフロントの男性スタッフが素晴らしかったです。感じの良いスタッフがたくさんおられました。食事も良かったです。

We had stayed here about 5 years ago. Best thing is the small number of rooms so there are no crowds. Great location close to Jigokudani and shopping/dining street. Somewhat older property but kept in nice condition. Loved the private open-air onsen in our room overlooking a stream. Excellent service.

Stayed in Japanese Traditional Room with Private Open Air Bath. The pictures on Expedia are a true representation of the accommodation but the stay was even better than anticipated. Kaiseki meal in private dining room was wonderful and showcased a lot of the local food. The tatami room and sitting area in the room was nice and relaxing and the futons were perfectly set by the time we returned after dinner. The balcony onsen was a lovely warm contrast to the chilly wintry air. The public baths were also very clean and had a variety of temperatures for both inside and outside. Very close walk to the temple and Hell Valley. Included breakfast was also very delicious with impeccable service. Sad to have only stayed one night!
