Really centrally located, love the underground parking to leave a vehicle at and walk around town. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and I actually really appreciate how much it feels like a home, rather than a hotel. Pool, waterside, and hot tub were great also. we'll happily stay here again

Great stay, Enjoyed the amenities

Nice clean, spacious room. Good location and amenities. Pool and game room were a nice bonus for the kids. Restaurant downstairs was also a plus.

Staff was extremely friendly, but the rooms could use some work. Dishwasher was LOUD and disruptive, bedding for the pullout couch was super thin (like 2 sheets) and not warm at all. The counter stools were wobbly and unstable even for a 90lb kid. A handle fell off a coffee mug when we took it out of the dishwasher, very minimal additional supplies aside from plates/cutlery in the kitchen. Toilet made a loud squealing sound everytime we flushed. Pool towels were only slightly larger than a hand towel. Weird stain on the pull out couch sheets. Overall, good location and decent price point, but definitely lacking in quality.

Bonne propreté du logement. Suffisamment de serviettes. Suffisamment d’outils de cuisine. Bien aimé le foyer dans le salon. Toutefois, la tuyauterie des toilettes et des lavabos font du bruit, les matelas ne sont pas confortables, l’insonorisation avec le corridor et les autres logements est problématique. Nous avons entendu les personnes au dessus de notre condo courir et d’autres parler dans le corridor.

The accommodation was great with the full kitchen and mountain view. The bed was not firm in 215. However, too many rules/chores (run dishwasher & put towels in tub) for my liking esp. when a resort fee is issued daily. Plus the parking space # was hard to see. Definitely, won't stay here again.

Great family getaway. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Game room, pool and restaurant were fantastic. Rooms are older, and showing wear on Doors, cabinets and closets. Overall good stay

We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Everything was perfect and clean. The view of the mountains was amazing and we even had a bbq on the balcony with a main gas line. There's underground parking but nobody told us that we have to enter on the left side of the ramp which is where the code box is for the garage door and when you exit you stay on the left side. It's basically driving on the opposite side of what we're used to in Canada, there should be better signage than a faded arrow on the ramp. Other than that we had no complaints, there are shops on the main road and a hospital right next door to the complex. I would definitely stay again.

The room we had was stocked with everything you could think of. We had booked a room with a balcony and got a patio instead which was disappointing. Cars were parked right outside our room and there was a lot of hallway noise due to where we were located. Thankfully we were gone most of the day. Convenient location to restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, liquor stores, etc. It was a bit confusing that there were 3 names to the resort...Paradise Resort, Sunset Resorts & Grande Rockies Resort.

room was good, service was good the front desk ladies jackie and angie were very nice and helpful. The location is good just 20 mins from banff

Location was excellent - very close to downtown Canmore and many restaurants nearby. Facility was as pictured on Expedia and was clean. Only downside is that suite was on the main floor and we could hear every footstep taken by the people in the unit above us. Bring ear plugs so that the unit above you does not disturb your sleep.

Our room was great! Had a 2 bedroom suite. Loved the full kitchen snd laundry in room. The beds were super comfy. And it was really quiet. We didn’t hear anything at night. Unfortunately they are doing construction, so the hallways were a giant construction site. Pool was fun for the kids (my son especially loved the little kid splash area), but it was a tad dirty. There was hair all over the deck (gross) and I don’t think it ever got mopped so it was kind of grimy. Good location for a couple days in Banff though
