Courteous staff. But the rooms need some TLC.

We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi. It was spotty when we arrived and stopped working entirely the next day. If you require consistent high speed internet during your stay, you may need to reconsider. But if internet isn’t an issue, there isn’t a better place to stay near Mont St Michel.

Great location, great staff and food. WiFi did not reach room 7 at the end of the hotel so an additional Access Point needs to be installed or existing needs to be upgraded to one that has a greater range.

The Ermitage Hotel at Mont Saint Michel is an amazing and charming place! We loved the hotel and its people. Starting with Jean-Marc, the concierge, who immediately contacted us. Jean-Marc is a fantastic and smart tour guide with incredible history knowledge who took us to the most beautiful towns and landmarks. Then, Vincent, who works at the hotel restaurant. Jean-Marc and Vincent are wonderful hosts who made us feel like they were good friends of ours. The Director Werner is also really nice and ready to assist guests with any request or wine selection questions; and last but not least, Sabrina and Loic who were terrific too! Thank you again to all of you for an awesome vacation!

Amazing hotel and wonderful restaurant. Service is top class.

Hotel con habitación muy espaciosa pero muy básica. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación pero si en el living por lo que había que dormir con la puerta abierta. El wifi tampoco funcionaba muy bien. Excelente la atención del personal

A nice experience for a weekend

A gem of a place in the vicinity of Mont St. Michel. The owner personally welcomed and took us to our suite which was spacious and luxurious.  The attention to detail of what it offered was extraordinary and the room was extremely quiet.  For breakfast, we had croissants and coffee-- the very best croissants in all of France and the coffee was superb! And for a nominal fee, we were also driven a few minutes to the shuttle bus going to Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey.  All in all, an enjoyable stay at this hotel which we would highly recommend.

Nice location close to Mont St Michael and convenience stores; nice room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good; fresh and tasty. The bathroom was spacious; the only thing i recommend checking the shower head as not all the dots delivery water (needs maintenance).

The smallest 5-star hotel in Europe! My friend and I checked in during the off-season for one night. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The owner gave us personalized attention and was very helpful. The location is convenient to Mont Saint Michel: just a five-minute drive to the parking lot to catch the shuttle bus. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to treat yourself.
