Had a Beautiful Stay at Baku Hilton! Extremely kind, friendly and helpful staff, awesome spa area and beautiful views from the room♥️

Great views from spa area Calm atmosphere

Despite Hilton Baku’s impressive facilities, my recent stay was disappointing. As a Diamond guest, I expected attentive service and a prepared room. Unfortunately, no one assisted me with my luggage until I was already at the check‑in desk, and the room lacked the customary welcome note and food basket. The property itself is beautifully designed and well‑furnished, but service standards fell far short of a five‑star hotel. The breakfast buffet staff struggled to manage a simple egg order, and overall training appeared to be inadequate. Moreover, no manager or senior staff member ever introduced themselves or checked on guests, suggesting a severe lack of hospitality and public relations awareness. Hilton Baku may offer extensive amenities and well-appointed rooms. Still, without well-trained staff and a genuine respect for loyal members, those amenities fail to deliver a truly luxurious experience.

Good location

The hotel itself was okay, but there are definitely better options available. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by poor service, particularly at the Sky Grill restaurant. My order was mishandled — I received the wrong starter, and my main course was completely forgotten. To make matters worse, I was asked if I wanted dessert nearly 20 minutes after finishing the starter, with no mention of the missing main. At checkout, I was asked if everything was okay. I mentioned that aside from the Sky Grill incident, the stay was fine. However, the conversation ended there. If staff aren't genuinely interested in guest feedback, it's better not to ask — it only makes the experience feel more disappointing.

This is the BEST hotel in Baku. Hilton Baku has great location with walking distance to all major attractions. Make sure you visit sky restaurant on 24 floor with beautiful outdoor terrace- the best time at night for the city view. I stayed at this hotel 42 years ago, now, and I will come back again for sure. I love Hilton Baku hotel !

Wenige minuten vom Stadtzentru. Angrnrhm erreichbar zu Fuß. Alle super freundlich. Pool ca 20+ meter. Frühstück super. Von der Bar auf der 25 Etage - schöner Ausblick auf die ganze Stadt. Leider sehr viele haben geraucht, wir bewegten uns eine Tasche tiefer ins Restaurant, dort ist eine sehr schöne Terrasse, sie Cocktails waren so lala

Every thing was perfect room staff gym laundry except the towels in the bathroom it's so thin it does not absorb the water 3 days in a row 6 different towels still thin and old Towels Need to be renewed

I have struggled to understand why the room service has demanded payment upon delivery instead of signing the invoice. This is very unusual for a 5 star hotel

Aged property with pretty Bad Service. I recommend to find another newer hotel. This one is tired and looks poorly managed
