Hermoso hotel. La ubicación excelente para cualquier tipo de actividad

very comfortable place. very clean. services available like nice hotel should have. No real complaints. When there are functions taking place it can be noisy but not late at night. Each room could use smart television and a comfortable chair but it is gracious and comfortable otherwise. The grounds are nice, pool is good..

Das Hotel ist an Wochenenden oft Ort für Hochzeiten mit Musik und Lärm bis 3 Uhr morgens. Ein absolutes No-Go für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Das ist extrem störend.

We stayed at the monastery on two occasions. The room we had on our first stay had a stained and dirty carpet. We asked for it to be vacuumed and they did that, but they would be far better off, tearing up the carpet to expose the wood underneath, which I expect is beautiful. On our second stay the room was clean and had none of those issues. It’s a beautiful place with very cool old furniture. The place has lots of character and is steeped in history. It felt very special to stay there.

Lamentable, cucarachas en la habitación.

Problemas sanitarios. El agua que llega al lavamanos y la ducha es amarilla y con mal olor. No quiseron prestar atencion. Dijeron: "no podemos hacer nada". CUIDEN SU SALUD. NO VAYAN A ESE HOTEL

No me hospedé en el hotel, por segunda vez tuve que cancelar mis planes de viaje a este hotel, por que otra vez la administración de este me informó el día anterior al viaje, que realizarían una fiesta muy ruidosa hasta las tres de la mañan

Muy buenas las instalaciones y el desayuno muy bien

Zeer ruime kamer. Ontbijt was goed ( het was niet druk de dagen dat wij er waren). Schitterend gebouw. Bedden prima. Leuk zitje voor je kamer buiten. Fijne bediening, alles netjes bijgehouden. Zwembad hebben we ivm het weer niet kunnen testen ( is wel groot, leek niet helemaal schoon, maar werd dus nu ook door niemand gebruikt) . Kortom , het geld waard.

Très bel hôtel dans un magnifique bâtiment historique. Bien situé dans le centre de Popayàn. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Bon petit-déjeuner dans le cloître

Manque un peu de luminosité , un éclairage adapté serait le bienvenue , cependant une grande terrasse et une tres grande chambre , rien à dire sur la literie , un joli batiment , très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très aimable . Bon rapport qualité prix pour moi
