Great hotel. Close to the middle of everything. Main attractions, shopping, food, night life are all within walking distance or short taxi ride. Staff is incredible and very hospitable.

We got in our room and we had an issue with thr shower. They changed the room right away and upgraded us to the suite. Thanks 😊 Plus we were in and out of this hotel 3 times and they kept our luggage safe all the times . Excellent service and it was a breeze to deal with them during our vacation. 3 weeks in Perou 🇨🇦😁

Everything is perfect for the price and walking distance to all you need to visit. Room recently renovated and the breakfast got everything you need to start the day. One litte thing , why in perou you have concentrated juice , all the other place we rented had real juice . You could make an effort 😊

The buffet is good but need too much food, is clean the staff is very good too

Very sweet and accommodating staff. Was able to leave my luggage early prior to my trip to Cusco and was able to retrieve it when I came back. The room and amenities was also wonderful. Amazing breakfast! Would highly recommend staying at this location though it was still a 15 min walk from main square.

Quarto limpo, porém a localização do nosso quarto não era das melhores. No banheiro havia cheiro de esgoto. E também não conseguimos tomar um banho verdadeiramente quente nos 2 dias da estadia.

Exceptionally clean and quiet. Staff is wonderful, very helpful. Speak English & Spanish. Quick, early and easy breakfast - fresh fruit, eggs, potatoes, cereal. Accomodates early excursions to Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain and Sacred Valley. Easy access to shopping and local sights.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with any requests. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent, a 7-minute walk from the central cathedral.

An excellent hotel within walking distance of the main town Square. Staff was excellent, breakfast was great and all around a very good hotel.

Don't be fooled, this is AT BEST a 3 star hotel. The breakfast is horrible and the service even worst (especially that lady at the omelet stand, super rude). The furniture and rooms are old, bathroom straight out of the 80s, and the doors, doorways, counters, furniture, etc are all scratched up and missing paint.The cable box cable was hanging by a thread with an enormous amount of tape. This hotel is a HARD PASS.

We had a quiet as well as clean room. The hotel is pretty well located to reach various points of interest by walking. On the breakfast buffet we found the most tasty bread rolls we found during our entire 4 weeks trip in South America.
