As an American, living in America I was charged the colombian tax. I went to 3 other hotels in Colombia and no one charged for this fraudulent fee. I will tell my credit card to not pay it. Go to other hotels

Charged the VAT tax to a foreigner because immigration stamps are no longer added to passports to those living abroad. Bad attitude at front desk. Long wait times to get buffet breakfast items replenished. Expensive menus. Un helpful staff at reception.

Excelente hotel, bien ubicado un sector hermoso y seguro en la ciudad de Cali, desayuno delicioso y las instalaciones muy lindas y bien cuidadas, puedes salir a dar un paseo en la tarde o noche hay muchos restaurantes cerca con buena gastronomía, lo recomiendo.

Todo el personal del hotel fue muy servicial y atento a nuestras necesidades. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas. Está muy bien ubicado y en pocos pasos se puede llegar a lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. La comida está bien , podría mejorar su presentación y el servicio de meseros tiene oportunidades de mejora. Al personal de recepción le faltó durante el check in recordar que el desayuno estaba incluido y su horario , cual era la clave de WiFi , informar la hora del check out , etc; de todo eso me di cuenta sólo preguntando ante las dudas. En general es muy cómodo y vale la pena quedarse siempre que voy a Cali.

My stay in Hotel Dann Carlton Cali, Colombia was excellent. I stayed there 4 years ago with my wife and we both thought it was a great place. This time, it was unexpected circumstances, but the staff and the hotel remained the best amenity possible. Thank you again for a great service and an excellent Hotel.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, good bar and restaurant. Wi does seem not double panned, thus you can hear the house of the heavy traffic all night long.
