Clean room/ clean towels/ friendly staff

Freundliches Personal und gute Lage. Die Zimmer waren ok, es könnte ein wemig besser geputzt werden und die Einrichtung ist auch eher an ihrem Lebensende.

Breakfast could start earlier. More signs around the premises of where the hotel facilities are located. The sewage/draining system is very loud, you can hear other guests flushing their toilets. Everything else is good.

Great hotel! Nice location in Alcudia, walking distance from anywhere. Very clean and lots of things (pool, terrace with beach chairs, bar, restaurant, gym). Would definitely recommend and come back!

Lovely place in a great location, clean rooms and just what we needed

Fantastic hotel. Just what we needed. breakfast was lovely. Pool is quite small but it was never too busy and the beach is a short walk away

God frokost og hyggelig personale! Sentralt og grei beliggenhet! Var oppredd og nye håndkler hver dag, men ikke vasket hverken gulv eller overflater, og sengetøy ble aldri skiftet den uken vi var der.

Public areas, reception etc. very nicely decorated, looks clean & fresh. Pool is very nice, very comfortable sunbeds and a nice sized pool. Bedrooms are only ok, could do with a refurb to be honest, TV didn’t work (didn’t bother me as I don’t come away to watch TV.) balcony door didn’t lock, no big issue as I was on the 6th floor but you should still be able to lock your doors. Bathroom lets the whole property down, shower was poor with only a bit more than a trickle, the soap tray in the bath is really poorly situated, you constantly bash your elbows on it.

Very clean hotel room. Smelled amazing in the lobby and hallways. Nice location and lots of free parking right outside. Easy to find the hotel and parking. Close to the beach, stores, restaurants. Very good value for the price paid. Nice outside area by the main entrance.

I stayed at BLUESEA Piscis Hotel (a 3-star hotel) from June 2–5, 2025, in Room 601. At first, I was pleased with the service — especially from Maribel at the front desk, who was kind and gave us great restaurant recommendations. However, what followed was deeply disappointing. When we first entered the room, there was a strange unpleasant smell. We couldn’t tell where it came from, so we turned on the air conditioning to try and get rid of it. Later that night, after showering, we took a duvet from the wardrobe and were shocked to find it was damp and smelled like urine. It was extremely unhygienic. Since it was late and we didn’t know how to contact reception from the room, we left the duvet on the floor and went to bed. The next morning, we reported this to the lady at the front desk. She asked for our room number and said it would be handled, although she seemed distracted talking to a colleague at the same time, which didn’t give us much confidence. When we returned that evening, we found that the room had been “cleaned” — but the same soiled duvet had been placed back into the wardrobe, unfolded, and clearly not replaced. This was shocking. I brought both duvets to the reception myself. The male staff member on duty was not friendly and even asked me to take the urine-stained duvet back to my room. For the price, I would stay again. The breakfast buffet was really good, and the location is super close to the beach! Unfortunately the safe in our room didn't work and the air conditioner was leaking a ton of water if we turned it on. We informed the front desk but neither were fixed during our stay. Also, our room was right beside some bars so it was quite noisy.

Asiallinen hotelli. Huoneessa olisi voinut olla edes perusjutut, shampoo, hammasmukit, pari juomalasia jne. Aamiainen riittävä ja toimiva, mutta hieman enemmän vaihtelua olisi kaivannut. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias.
