A localização é boa, cerca de 15 minutos a pé da Plaza de Armas, um pouco na subida, com ruas tranquilas próximas e fácil de parar o carro (caso alugue um). No geral o hotel é bem arrumado. Há algumas lojinhas ao lado onde se pode comprar um pouco de tudo. A cama é confortável, o espaço do quarto e banheiro são razoáveis, o atendimento é bom e os funcionários bem solícitos, o café da manhã também é bom (iogurte, frutas, pães, café, sucos, frios). O wifi pega bem, tem chá à vontade, lavagem de roupa (S6/Kg). Algumas vezes o chuveiro estava quente outras morno. A arrumação cama/banho é boa. Não há elevador. As janelas entram bastante claridade mesmo com cortinas. As malas podem ser guardadas no hotel enquanto vai para outros passeios como Machu Picchu (todos os hotéis costumam fazer isso), mas eu recomendo fortemente colocar cadeados nas malas antes de deixá-las.

Stayed in a private room with a double bed and private shower. Hotel room was cold, even in the afternoon. Blankets were free to rent but they charged 20 soles for a space heater. Service was slow but 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas was convenient.

It was clean but nothing really different than other hostels.

The rooms aren’t well sealed to ensure bugs don’t get in. The bedsheets/pillows looked like they’d been cleaned but were covered with hairs & stains. There is no AC and the room was freezing but they provided heavy blankets which did the trick. The caretakers had dogs which barked late into the night. But the caretakers were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast not worth attending. The room was a good size, hot water worked, so that was a plus.

Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, la ubicación es muy buena, tienes el centro a 10 min caminando. El personal te trata de maravilla y te informa de todo lo que necesitas para estar en Cusco . Muy buenas instalaciones y buenos precios. Si vas a Cusco este es tu lugar. Mil gracias Atlantis!!

Te cobran mucho por pedir un taxi cuando en realidad tú sales a la calle pides el taxi y te cobran la mitad de lo q el hotel te cobra la cama son bien dura la ducha el agua sale fría el tv no funciona el desayuno con pelo

We stayed here for about 5 nights. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and accommodated my weird requests. The location is 10 min walk to the main square. Along the way you'd cross mercado San blas and the San blas plaza. It's a quiet spot yet not too far from all the action if that's what you want. There are bodegas, a pharmacy, laundry and bakery within 1 block of the location. I would recommend this hostel.

When you pay the hotel by Expedia they offer you a 1 free ride from/to airport. Once we arrived to hotel they charged us again the taxi, even tough we show them our reservation and ticket where it says it is included, also, I have sent emails and they did not replied back. It was so frustrated since we are double paying for a service and they don’t even answer properly.
