Hotel Londres is the place to stay in San Sebastián. The views from the hotel are incredible!! The location is on the beach close to all activities! The staff is fabulous!! We will stay here again on our next trip! Outstanding!!

Beautiful location, amazing view of Concha bay and beach, while in town centre walking distance to all Pintxos bars and restaurant , Highly recommend it.

The main issue with this hotel is it is just in no way worth the cost. Other than having a stellar location and being on the beach, the hotel has not kept up with changing times. For the cost, things like usb chargers, functioning air conditioning, and customer service should be key. You could also hear the tvs in the room next door very clearly in the rooms. The shower is a bath with no cover so water gets all over the floor. We had an item broken by housekeeping which the hotel was helpful in providing a reimbursement for, but you’d expect at least a letter left on your bed or something advising you of a decision instead of having to go up and ask after you didn’t get a response for over 24 hours. When we checked out, there wasn’t even a “thanks for staying with us.” For $600 a night, it just isn’t worth it at all.

コンシェルジュにレストランを予約したが予約されていなかった。 フロントでタクシーを予約したが時間になっても現れず、スタッフに確認したら、渋滞で遅れているのだろうから、近くのタクシースタンドで捕まえた方が早いと言われ、やむを得ずそうした。

This hotel is not worth the price. While the location is amazing, it just didn’t impress me. Our bathroom door was off its roller, the bidet didn’t work, housekeeping was sporadic with replacing coffee or face towels. The bar couldn’t make a good drink and often made mistakes with the orders. It was disappointing.

Everything is as presented in the photos and description. No surprises is exactly what you want as a traveler.

Our room had a beautiful window with outdoor access. Room was very comfortable including the bathroom perks. The hotel provided us with a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon.
