Ada 2 hotel yang bernama sama satu di kota Kyoto and satu lagi di Kameoka. Hotel ini terletak di Kameoka! Saya sekeluarga and banyak orang termasuk taxi drivers tidak tahu bedanya. Kita nyasar sampai jam 12am! Dan ini terletak di luar kota kyoto. Jadi harus jelas ketika tamu mau booking hotel ini karena pasti salah hotel. Hotel pun sadar and meminta maaf ketika kami check in jam 1am. And mereka memberi kita Sparkling Wine sebagai permintaan maaf. Services hotel sungguh memuaskan.

This ryokan is an absolute dream come true. I highly recommend booking multiple nights in a room with a private onsen, especially if you have tattoos and would otherwise miss out on the essential experience of hot springs in Japan. Also, the kaiseki dinner was one of the most incredible meals of my life. The staff are very accommodating and kind. To all of you: thank you so much for having us!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. An incredible experience that I will always remember. I cannot think of anything that was not exceptional.

Camera molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort.

This was my family’s first Japanese osen and I hope it will not be the last. The property was very clean and charming. The shuttle to and from the train station was convenient but didn’t start until 9 am and ended before 6 pm. However, the taxi fare was ok and we only needed to use it once during our two night stay to get back from sightseeing in Kyoto,’. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and, I think, very traditional Japanese food. The hot springs were at the perfect temperature. Our futon beds were comfortable. Overall, our stay was immensely relaxing. If you are looking for a very traditional, serene Japanese experience,, at least from the perspective of an American, I believe you will find it here.

Our stay at this ryokan was nothing short of phenomenal - we were treated so well, the food was varied and delicious, and the grounds are extremely beautiful. If we get the chance, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Our full dinner option was nothing short of fantastic. The breakfast was amazing as well. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Our private onsen was open to the outdoors and lovely.

Amazing all around if you want to use the spa service you'll have to plan in advance

A MUST STAY! As soon as you arrive, you are treated like royalty. The staff are truly incredible, and speak good English. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The private outdoor onsen was very relaxing ($35ish for 45 mins), the bed was comfy and the breakfast nice and fresh. I opted for the Kaiseki dinner and although very fresh and overall nice, it was quite pricey and I’m actually not a huge seafood lover so if you aren’t, I wouldn’t recommend. I loved my one night stay - I wish I had stayed another night! 100/10!
