We love to stay here! This trip the pool was being refurbished, but we had access to the pool next door and it was closer to our building. It was just as relaxing too! Everything is very clean, quiet and very safe! We love the steps that are taken to ensure our safety! It's also very close to everything we like to do and very easy to access. It is close to everything, but very quiet too!

Overall a good clean stay. Bed very comfortable.

Very nice place. The living room furniture was a tad uncomfortable but it was fine. Also, the pool is closed for maintenance.

We did not end up staying here. The rooms were all adjoining and very loud. There was no water in the swimming pool.

Facilities are outdated

Dated. Carpet in bad shape. Tub is so 1990. Staff was accommodating and kind

Pool was closed for repair. Room with huge tub in the middle is weird, just take it out and put in a loveseat as there’s only one desk chair to sit in. But if you’re on a budget, it’s OK for a place to rest!

No elevators was a deal breaker. Won't be staying there again.

The pro

Hotel was decent, has a lot of amenities and nice to be close to a sister property that amenities are also open to use. Thought the room was a little outdated and one of the bathroom I felt wasn’t cleaned. The hotel is family friendly, and my kids did love staying there. We had three adults and two kids. Plenty of room and enjoyed the balcony

I was very disappointed about pool was close 😕 i just reserve for my daughters enjoy the resorts amenities and the pool was close they give me the options to the other property but was packed to many people on small pool

The hotel is a bit old the cleaning has to schedule it so if you don't know it's mandatory you'll have to arrive from your day and find the room without cleaning the noise that is heard from the adjoining rooms is excessive

The room smelled terrible and the walls were so thin. It was not a good choice to stay there.

Great Value!

I would not recommend this property. Our room had no water pressure and no hot water. When we mentioned this to the front desk staff nothing was done to rectify the issue and we were told there weren't any other rooms available.

A localização do hotel é excelente, o que deixou a desejar foi o quarto, com uma configuração ruim, tendo uma banheira no meio e um box para banho que parece ter sido adaptado para o quarto. A arrumadeira só foi uma vez nos cinco dias que estive hospedado. Existe uma pequena janela que tem uma persiana que mesmo fechada deixa a luminosidade entrar e o ambiente fica claro logo cedo. O microondas fica junto a pia do banheiro. Se planeja comprar as coisas para tomar café no quarto é praticamente inviável. Não é o padrão de hotel da cadeia Hilton que estou acostumado.
