Construcción colonial hermosa, conservada en excelentes condiciones, ubicación excelente, todo accesible a pie desde el hotel, muy segura y tranquila la zona, totalmente silencioso por la noche, cuartos realmente espaciosos, camas grandes y cómodas. Muy buen desayuno. No cabe la menor duda que regresaría cuantas veces regrese a Cartagena.

El hotel tiene una ubicacion excelente, el area es segura, el servicio y limpieza muy bueno. El desayuno super bien. Lo unico que sugiero es que le den un poco mas de mantenimiento a el hotel

Maravilhosa experiência! Foram as camas e os travesseiros mais confortáveis entre os vários hotéis em que já ficamos. Equipe super gentil. Localização estratégica em Cartagena, a 10 tranquilos minutos a pé do centro histórico e a 3 minutos de caminhada leve do burburinho do Centro de Getsemaní. Adoramos tudo! Café da manhã bom.

The property's location is very convenience. Hotel is beautiful, room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff is amazing. Eduardo and Marlon are very professional, and kind they were helping us and made us feel very welcomed. Also, the bar on the 3rt floor has an spectacular view. Definitely, we will come back to the this hotel again in the near future.

Nos gustó la ubicación, el hotel por dentro muy lindo y el desayuno incluido muy bueno. Lo malo fue que nunca funcionó el teléfono de la habitación la solución que nos dieron fue darnos el whatsapp de recepción y nunca contestaron los mensajes. Tampoco tuvimos agua durante nuestra estancia, la solución que nos dieron fue que nos bañáramos con baldes llenos de agua. No se preocuparon por mejorar la experiencia (ninguna devolución, cambio de hotel, nada).

Ótima localização, quarto confortável, perto do centro de Getsemani e local silencioso. Cafe da manhã razoável.

Eu amei minha estadia nesse hotel! O espaço é lindíssimo! Os funcionários são muito amigáveis e prestativos. Chegamos e nosso quarto já estava geladinho. Quarto muito grande e espaçoso, arquitetura rústica e histórica, bem a cara de Cartagena. Amei muito. Recomendei para minha amiga que também se hospedou no hotel e também ficou encantada. O rooftop é um bônus pois traz praticidade e comodidade aos hóspedes, pois podemos voltar de um passeio pela cidade e relaxar no rooftop. O pátio está sempre cheiroso, o café da manhã é gostoso, as camas são confortáveis, o chuveiro é ótimo, a banheira tbm. Fica muito próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Fomos andando a Torre del Reloj e ao Castillo San Felipe. As ruas nos arredores são lindas! Voltaria sempre!

Far from the old city

The hotel was in a great location. Very close to all the main walled city monents. The room was pretty descent as we had the duplex. The bad...i tried booking the hotel shuttle from the airport..i called and emailed several.times....no anwser..i sent a message in instagram...i got a generic reply...with no anwsers back once again....proba ly. Etywr anyway we took a cap 5 people with luggage for 10 us....also by the upstairs pool there is a bar....prices are very high....ice cream for kids was 40 pesos....and the convenience store bu the hotel.sells.them.for 4!!!! Drinks were around 40 each....nars by the hotel had 2 for 20!!!! Obviously the hotel.doeant want to make.more money...people were sneaking their own alcohol...ot going out.

Very central and walking distance to great restaurants shops and el centro.

Buen propiedas acababan de exterminar y encontramos una cucaracha muerta, fuera de ese incidente todo excelente. Desyuno rico

Great staff, very helpful. Located in the Getsemani neighborhood yet very easy to get to the heart of Cartagena on foot, just a short walk away.

Very clean hotel, helpfull people

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the unobstructed view from the rooftop was fantastic. We really appreciated the option to take a to-go box from the breakfast buffet for our early airport departure—such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an excellent stay! Our only complaint was that the burger we had for lunch was just average. We'd definitely stay here again but would likely choose a different place to eat.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with a lot of charm, ambiance, excellent service, quality food and fabulous location over the water, bridge and Historic Castillo de San Felipe in Getsemani. Nice, relaxing pool on the 3rd floor. Minutes walk to several restaurants, salsa clubs, the famous Walled City and ferry terminal for boat day trips!
