Muy bien servicio, y la habitación muy pensada en personas con movilidad reducida como era el caso de mi madre.

We got in late MidNight, the Registry was active, several personal registry working. Next morning Breakfast was very complete, ample choices of foods, fruits, drink, service and seating excellent, and the airport transfer service supperbe.

Convenient for overnight layover, great bed, only issue was water temp of shower was quite cool.

Nice hotel, close to airport, our flight was early so we ordered breakfast to go, which was not ready, but they were very flexible and quickly prepared our breakfast box

The AC does not work. Using the telephone requires a configuration that the front desk is not able to help with.

They need to fix all shower doors

Surroundings

The Hotel is good enough. But there is a catch: 1) they should purchase new pillows, 2) there is only one garbage basket for every room (next to the toilet). Would be great to have another under the desk & 3) The hotel is ecological, green. Therefore, IT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONER. There is a thermostat that can be adjusted cool to warm, with NO scale between. But it only blows air from the outside. Let’s remember that Bogotá is very fresh at night. So, don’t expect to set your air conditioner very cold. We did sleep but with a single sheet on. We had to take off the beds, all the comforters… BUT, having said that, the surround area invites you to walk around with total safety. Am I coming back? No. I’ll try another hotel with air conditioner…

I stayed there for 3 nights. It was good, and clean.

空調が弱く寒かった。シャワーの温度も低くて快適ではなかった。

We used the hotel after a missed connection and no other flight available. It was close to the airport and in an outdoor shopping area which were both positive things. One big thing to know. The shuttle to the hotel runs once an hour at the 30min mark, the one to the airport runs once an hour on top of the hour and it gets full real quick. In the room the shower had little water pressure and it was uncomfortably hot. When i asked at the front desk if they could do something about the thermostat not working their solution was to send a fan. At this point it was late so we didnt want to deal with the issue being that we left early morning anyhow.

The hotel advertise free shuttle from the airport. I received the pickup instruction by email, second floor exit #5. And waited almost one hour and nothing. I had to take a taxi. At the hotel the shuttle driver told me they are providing the wring pickup. “they changed the pick up location” but didn't notify. A different floor and exit door. And not even an apology from the reception. They said “oh must be the reservation team”
