I have been in Cúcuta many times but stayed elsewhere. From now on will stay at Hotel Casino International. Great experience. Plus Excellent suite. Perfect for 3 or 4.

Excelente atención y servicio en general. En cuanto al desayuno, es muy variado y ofrecen opciones frescas. Las habitaciones impecables, las áreas comunes muy limpias y el personal muy servicial y atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

My fience was coming from Venezuela and i was coming from thr usa. I purchased my room two days in advance knowing that we she would arrive a day later. The room was paid for from the 7th tonthe 8th she arrived on the 8th. She gave them all relevant information but she was unable to register until Five after arguing with the manager and i having to send receipts anf phoos of my passport

El desayuno muy mediocre. Los jugos de naranja y lechoza eran pura agua la señora Q me hizo una omelete la pedimos con cebolla pimentón queso etc y los Coloco después de hacer la omelete y por supuesto todos Los vegetales estaban crudos los Panes muy básicos las cosas calientes estaban casi frías en fin muy decepcionado. Cobran 5.000 pesos por llevar hielo ( no tengo ningún problema en pagarlo por supuesto pero me parece una falta de delicadeza ). Las instalaciones si todo bien y habitaciones limpias
