This was a great place to stay while in Biarritz because the room was clean, the hotel was stylish and quiet and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’hôtel est très bien placé en plein centre-ville, littéralement à deux pas de tout, avec un très beau petit jardin permettant de s’échapper de la cohue des touristes dans les rues. Le personnel a été accueillant, disponible et attentionné du début à la fin. Nous avons été logés dans une maison à côté de l’hôtel — un peu surpris à notre arrivée : la chambre était confortable, très propre, donnant sur une petite terrasse avec ses deux chaises et sa table, parfaites pour le café du matin que l’on peut se préparer grâce à la machine Nespresso mise à disposition. C’était vraiment superbe et très intime, une belle surprise. Le parking est petit mais très pratique si vous êtes en voiture. La décoration de l’hôtel est par ailleurs très réussie, alliant charme et modernité. À titre de suggestion, il serait peut-être utile d’ajouter des rideaux type voilage dans la chambre que nous occupions, pour offrir un peu plus d’intimité en journée sans occulter totalement la lumière. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de qualité. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience — nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Si nous repassons par Biarritz, nous saurons où nous arrêter.

Loved this hotel and friendliness of staff. Room was large and terrace was amazing overlooking the sea.

Very walkable location, adjacent to markets and dining. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. It was very pleasant to have the garden available for dining. Breakfast was not included, but that was a minor concern compared to the convenience and comfort of the hotel.
